What's not to love about Costco? Their prices (if you can buy bulk) are better than the grocery store. Huge rotisserie chicken at loss leader prices. The food court. The return policy! Here are my recommendations: Kirkland grain free cat food (Tilly, Hobbes and Libby love it). Unreal chocolate covered coconut bars (better than Almond Joy). Cashew clusters (you can't eat just one). Heavenly Hunks, the name says it all.

Well getting gas today Noah out at the gas station wasn't being the safety costoc employee he should have been. When I mentioned that a car didnt shut of hes engine while Pumping gas. Noah said " He's fine its hot out." So why have safety signs that say to turn off engine? It was around 7pm and cloudy. I guess the employee doesn't care about member safety.

This is my neighborhood Costco and over the past few months the friendliness at the registers has declined. We used to be met with a friendly face and a polite conversation. Now they don’t say hello or lift their eyes to meet yours. You’re met with an attitude and rolled eyes when you ask for boxes and they toss your items around. This has been observed with several employees not just one or two. Gone are the days where your groceries were carefully packed. No wonder it’s a Saturday afternoon and the store doesn’t seem as full. Dont think Ill be coming to this location for a while.

I didn't want to post a review here but maybe this will get someones attention. My experience with the tire center I had sidewall damage to a tire brought the car on was told that they had to Order the tire and that I would get a call from someone letting me know how much they were crediting me for the tread. leave the tire here. So instead of one of the guys coming out to my car to got the tire I get it out and got dirty. So that's just the start so I am told the tire will be there next day which is Monday I call there tires still not there I speak to the tire manager and he reorders the tire. Finally Tues it comes in that's 3 days of me driving on my spare tire the donut. As everyone know donuts aren't meant to be driven on for a long time. So I get there I tell them the guy that I talked to he comes out. I say that is a huge inconvenience to me what has happened he says we don't have control over the tires. Then I just pay because we don't have the time to talk about this. So I am in the store shopping the tire manager calls me. I go to get the keys I explain to him that u told me it would be in the next day again I hear the same that the other guy said. I said to him why are u giving people a time if u have no control over the tire delivery. I said well then u should tell people that. Tell them maybe it might be in he turns to me and says sorry for the verbage we can't do anything for u. I talk to a employee in front explain that I want some kind of acknowledgement of my inconvenience she goes in the office takes my name and number down and tells me the store manager will call me and talk to me. I no acknowledgement no phonecall from the store manager. I have better customer service skills then these people obviously. I know that the customer is always right.... I didn't want to post a review but I don't want anyone else dealing with this rudeness.

I always come here. I live down the street so its easy....easy to spend plenty money in here. You grab 9 or 10 things, that's over $100 already. So becareful. Bit I LOVE coming here, I love all the attention I get. From the moment I scan my card, I'm getting good mornings! The phone salespeople all hollering at me trying to get at me, I love waving them goodbye as I tell them "I'm good" feels good to be desired. And even when I check out, they're so wonderful, they ask if I need a box and I always say yes jist because it's nice to see people run around for me, trying to take care of my needs! I don't get that at home😪. But I get it here💪😤🤙💯🔥 And a hotdogs soda combo for only $1.50....Cheeeee brah.
