The checkout situation is an insult to members. It's a total free for all, if you politely wait in line you will get skipped, bypassed and abused. It's not clear where checkout lines begin or end. This new "Executive Member" early access seems to have been just a scam to get more people to pony up for double the member price. Did you come for executive time? You end up waiting just as long as you would any other day. It's a farce. Back to the checkout line situation, it's preposterous, there is not enough area to queue up, there's multiple Lanes that open up after you've been standing in line, so you've been waiting in mine 15 minutes. Some person that just walks up can just breeze right out. It's totally insulting. This place is managed VERY poorly, with apathy and entitlement, does the management operate.

This is one of the worst Costco‘s I have ever been in their service is always inconsistent. The manager who had just spoke with today Dec 15th at 7:45 pm was not supportive or courteous. These are the kind of interactions that make me question If I want to keep giving my business to these Locations.

Extra special Costco because it has wine and spirits at great prices. I was buying for a party and got most of the fresh fruit and salads there. Good selections and fast service for late afternoon.

Walking into this giant warehouse is always an adventure because you never know what treasures you might find tucked away in the massive aisles. I love that you can stock up on all your favorites in bulk and then wander over to see the latest electronics or seasonal items. The samples are a fun way to discover new snacks while you shop and the rotisserie chickens are a legendary deal that makes dinner easy. It is a fantastic place to get everything on your list in one trip and you absolutely have to stop by the food court for a quick slice of pizza or a hot dog before you head home.

I had the most frustrating experience during my recent visit. The lines were incredibly long, and it felt like there was absolutely no organization to keep things moving. I spent so much time just waiting to get through the checkout, and the staff did not seem to care about the chaos at all. I honestly left feeling exhausted and like I had wasted half my day, so I really have no desire to go back anytime soon.
