Went to Costco and it was super busy. So I understand things are stressful. However I waited an hour for my food that never came. So I went up to the counter to ask about it politely. They ignored me as I was talking multiple times. So I decided to go to returns to ask for a refund. No apology was given by the staff or manager on duty. This Costco location has HORRIBLE customer service. This was my first time ever using my Costco membership I had just bought. What a terrible experience that makes me never want to come to a Costco ever again. The staff was entirely rude and did not value my time at all.

I was with two other people and the combined amount spent was about $700. The two other people that I was with went to the optical department. I decided to load the groceries in the car. The woman who validated my receipts had some kind of problem with me and the orders. I had 2 carts and 3 receipts. She insisted that the first receipt i gave her for the cart with the less items in it was not the correct receipt. She doubled checked and it was the correct receipt. The second cart had many items but 4 items were on a separate receipt. She apparently became confused. After about 3 minutes of her scanning the purchases, one of her coworkers asked her "was everything ok?" I then told her that she was doing too much. She raised her voice at me. I asked her who in the hell is she talking to? I told her I will walk out with my purchases because she had pissed me off. She summoned for a manager. When the manager came, it took her two seconds to scan my groceries. She seemed upset that we had and could afford to make the big purchases. The Latino woman barely spoke english and displayed signs of implicit bias. I will think twice before visiting this Costco again.

For a large family, this is a great place to shop. You need a membership. We always buy the $1.50 hotdog and soda combo. Or the $10 16" pizza.

We went today, Sunday, February 15th. It was insanely busy like most Sundays. We went to the meat department for lamb chops and couldn't find any. We asked one of the employees if they had any and he said it would take about an hour to have them cut up. That was fine with us. We were happy to wait and do the rest of our shopping while waiting. We came back in an hour and didn't see him. There was a girl out there stocking the meats and I asked if they had the lamb chops cut yet. We explained how we had asked about them and waited the hour. She said they had gone on break but we waited long enough and she would go cut them right now. She came back out a few minutes later with 3 different packages for us to choose from. She was very kind and we really appreciated her making us a priority. I wish I would've gotten her name.

Lines are long but move pretty fast. Wish they would so something about the o li e site it si hard to shop online. I would line to just pick up my groceries sometimes when I'm in a hurry.
