Good prices, but the store closes unusually early, especially on weekends. Checkout lines are long and staff assistance is limited, likely due to understaffing or since most staff stay near the registers. Also, I’ve noticed that the jacket deals or cheaper options often only come in XXL or XXXL sizes. This feels unfair because many customers can’t buy them due to limited size availability. Extended hours and more support staff—along with offering all sizes in promotional clothing—would greatly improve the shopping experience.

I’ve never been disappointed by Costco. This years highlights include going to Costco multiple times a month to get groceries and help my friends get groceries. Nothing better than feeling like you saved a million bucks while buying enough food to feed you and your family for a month. I’m not sure why I go so many times a month other than that I am happy while I am there. Some people go to amusement parks 🎢, I go to Costco 🛒. I’ll drop some wisdom if you go between 9 and 10 you will avoid the lines if you go between the afternoon on the weekends be prepared to wait in line. We were at the dairy section once.

Normally love Costco. Today, was there at 915a and had to wait 25min after chicken was done for someone to bag it. Got home - chicken was raw in several places. As an exec member, I would’ve thought that portion of the store would be more up to par. This is not the first time something like this has happened with that dept.

Great selection of bulk items and the prices can’t be beat, especially for groceries. However, the store can get really crowded during peak hours, making it hard to navigate. Overall, it’s a decent shopping experience, just plan your visit wisely!

Saw their truck around Brookline and decided to look them up since I had a small but stubborn issue I've been putting off for months. They came out, diagnosed it quickly, and handled the fix without any drama. Really just what I needed—simple and straightforward (and honestly, it's nice to finally have it taken care of). Nice to know someone is reliable out here in Newton.
