This is not the normal store that I usually visit. Usually we shop at the Maple Grove location. However today it was more convenient to make a quick stop at the St. Louis Park location. I know they have to work with the real estate that they have but the parking experience is never great at this location. My wife was able to quickly run in and grab our items. Meanwhile, I tried to quickly get over to the gas pumps. This location has three pumps per lane. It usually worked quite well. I noticed this for the first time. And electronic board that shows you which pumps are available. This Costco gas location has also added a garbage bin and a recyclable bin. Overall a great experience except for the parking lot.

Very solid Costco! Employees can be rude but otherwise everything is organized and cleaned up.

This Costco might be holding the second coming of Jesus due to the miracle they just pulled off. We dropped our best friend’s custom wedding cake while transporting it to the venue for today. We called Costco, explained our emergency, and they had a replacement cake in 5 minutes. Would give 69 stars if possible.

This location is constantly crazy busy but it was balanced by the good bulk prices. I don't think it's managed well because the employees dealing with inventory think nothing of blocking customers' progress while yapping on their phones and there was only one person covering the customer service desk, leaving people waiting while a new customer took forever signing up. Last, a big oversight is that they sold me $18 of whole bean coffee, only for me to find out the grinder is out of order (again). Put a note at the shelf or have the checkout people alert customers if you care about them.

Good products, great food at an affordable price. They always have something new to look at and always have seasonal products. If you like something, you need to buy it when you see it. It nay not be there the next time. They have a great return policy. Plus the people that work there are friendly and helpful!
