I had a very disappointing experience. An employee pressured my parents into upgrading to an Executive Membership even though they do not speak English and did not fully understand what they were being asked to purchase. Rather than ensuring they understood the benefits, costs, and whether the upgrade was appropriate for their needs, the employee pushed the membership upgrade and completed the transaction. My parents later realized they had paid for something they neither requested nor understood. Taking advantage of a language barrier to sell a more expensive membership is unethical and reflects poorly on customer service standards. Staff should make a genuine effort to communicate clearly, provide translation assistance when needed, and ensure customers fully understand what they are agreeing to before charging them. I hope management reviews this incident and provides better training so that non-English-speaking customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

I have been coming to this Costco for almost 18 years and I’m always amazed at how many people have worked the entire time I’ve been shopping there. My best deals that I get there at paper products, grapes, meat, supplements, staples like sugar, flour and spices, cloths on occasion, dairy products and dog food to list a few things. They have always treated me and my family well.

I went in to this warehouse store recently to pick up a few bulk items and ended up spending more time than planned. The layout is pretty straightforward, and most things were easy to find without having to ask for help. Prices felt fair, especially if you’re buying in larger quantities. The staff I interacted with were polite, not overly chatty but helpful when I needed to confirm an aisle location. Checkout moved at a decent pace even though it was a bit busy. The store was clean overall, though a couple aisles felt crowded with pallets. Nothing fancy here, but it does what it’s supposed to and works well for regular supply runs.

Sam's Club is better. This store is just a bit too small. And a bit too crowded for me. They have some good stuff. But the idea of not allowing credit cards that are visas should be illegal. #samsgang

Very busy!! Staff were helpful and friendly. The self check out line moved along pretty quick and prices seemed very reasonably.
