Costco is such a great store. This location was very busy but as always it still flows quite smooth. Just gotta be patient when browsing for the best new items and deals! Costco is an adults treasure hunt looking for the new items that are constantly introduced and are always the best quality items. I visited this store without a cart as I just wanted to browse the latest items, but I did have to stop at the food court for the new caramel brownie sundae which was simply delicious😋

Horrible shopping experience! Way too crowded layout and much too high volume for me. Store was clean though. Parking lot is dangerous - not nearly enough crosswalks for safety.

I just had a terrible experience with Ava as my cashier. She either needs to be trained again or taken off of registers. Not only is she unbelievably slow, but she is incompetent as well. She has ZERO attention to detail. I had put individual rubberbands on all of my fruit. Some were organic, some were not organic. Instead of paying attention to each individual package of fruit, she rang them in as all organic, which is considerably more expensive compared to non organic. I had to make an additional stop at the desk to get this rectified with a credit for the extra charges. In addition, her bagger, John, shouldn’t quit his day job. John~it is incredibly rude to openly sing while you’re in front of customers. Please save your subpar singing for your car or shower.

Don't get me wrong, I used to love me a good costco run, but this costco has some of the most chaotic customers I've ever seen. You will almost die multiple times before even entering the store. People seem to think that you can either go 45 mph in the parking lot or just stop and wait for parking spaces for 10 minutes while blocking traffic. If you are able to make it in the store alive, be prepared for the same thing to happen with people and their shopping carts. It gives me anxiety. The store itself is great. It's clean and pretty well stocked for the most part, and they really do a decent job checking out the million people there. I wish they would get rid of the phone company soliciting people to change their cell phone. I pay a membership to get in the store. I don't like being asked every time I come in if I like my phone service. 😒 I still like the store and visit often. I will often walk out of my way to avoid the soliciting phone people and try to stick to the back aisles to avoid all the shoppers.

Walked around with my toddler, baby and husband for about 2 hours. Filled two carts up with stuff( about 500.00 worth of groceries) only to get denied at the register because our cards didn't work. Husband talked to the manager and apparently when we signed up and paid, their system gliched and did not accept the membership fee(130.00) when we got it a few months ago. According to the manager, this is a problem that is well known but has not been fixed in their system. Wanted to charge us the 130.00 fee again and we decided to take our business elsewhere. Somehow we were able to get into the store when we scanned even though our membership doesn't work? Wasted our evening. 🫤
