The store is nice and clean. The staff is also helpful. For some reason the layout of the store is different to plain City store. So if you are used to going to a different location it becomes a bit confusing. Also I was looking for an item which is only available in the store and not present in Dublin or Polaris location, and was told put a note in the feedback area. Unfortunately the feedback area does not have a pen just paper so I'm not sure what am I supposed to write with.

This is one of the best shopping experiences you can have. The store is clean, well-organized, and always stocked with great deals. The staff here are friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful — whether you need product advice, quick checkout, or assistance loading your car. The variety is amazing, from fresh produce and bakery items to electronics, home goods, and seasonal finds. The sample stations are a fun bonus, and the food court is always reliable for a quick, tasty bite. Parking is easy, the lines move fast, and the overall atmosphere is smooth and stress-free. A fantastic Costco that makes every trip feel worth it!

This rating isn’t due to a customer experience; it is due to their prices that are recently astronomical compared to what I previously enjoyed as fair pricing. If the pricing doesn’t decrease, I will have to give up my membership as it is no longer cost effective to be paying for that if I find the cost of food and necessary commodities so expensive that I choose not to buy them.
