Kevin Smith a month agoI’ve been a Costco customer for over 20 years, but lately I find myself shopping at Sam’s Club more often because the technology is simply better. At Sam’s, I can scan items as I shop, pay in the app, and walk out the door. No checkout line. No receipt line. No unloading and reloading my cart like it’s 1998. Meanwhile, Costco still expects customers to stand in a checkout line, unload everything onto a belt, reload it into the cart, then stand in another line at the exit so someone can draw a line on the receipt. The entire process wastes 15–20 minutes every trip. Costco has great products, but it’s 2026. The shopping experience feels archaic compared to Sam’s Club. Your customers’ time is valuable too.
Kenneth “Fastindirt” 3 weeks agoI absolutely love shopping at Costco! It’s hands-down one of the best places to shop for both everyday essentials and premium items. The staff is always so friendly and helpful — whether I’m navigating the warehouse or checking out, they greet you with a smile and are quick to assist. The products are consistently high quality, and the selection is massive. From fresh produce and organic groceries to electronics, tires, and even great deals on clothing and household goods, I’m always impressed with what I find. Best of all, the prices are incredibly cheap, which makes it so easy to save money on bulk purchases. My family and I have cut our grocery bill significantly since becoming members, and the quality is often better than regular stores. If you’re thinking about joining or just haven’t been in a while, go for it! Costco delivers real value with friendly service, top-notch products, and serious savings. Highly recommend! 🛒✨
Natalie W a month agoRyan and Heather are the most disrespectful, impolite, and arrogant employees and I am unsure if we will be returning to Costco as long as these two are employed here. On 5/5/26, I met my mom at this Costco to grab groceries (mainly fruit). As we went to check out, Heather yelled at my mom “have you been scanned yet?!” When my mom answered, “no, do you need our card?” She barked “no but he does.” We chalked it up to her probably having a long day and just ignored it. As soon as Heather began to unload our groceries, she was SLAMMING each item onto the conveyor belt. After about three items had been slammed, my mom asked her to be gentler with the groceries. Then, she slammed our strawberries to the point that juice was on the bottom of the carton and my mom had to again ask Heather to stop slamming our groceries. Subsequently, Heather and Ryan turned their backs to us, lowered down as if in a huddle and started laughing and whispering. Then, Ryan turned around and started slamming our groceries in the exact same fashion Heather was. When he did this to our apples, I said “excuse me, those can bruise easily.” My mom just walked away to get a manager. When she came back, she asked both of them to please stop scanning our groceries and that’s when both of them began to escalate the situation. Ryan and Heather were laughing in our faces and yelling that they weren’t doing anything wrong. My mom then said “I have asked someone else to finish this transaction, please step away” to which Ryan said “good, I’m glad, but I’m not moving.” He did, in fact, stand right behind the new cashier the entire time laughing at my mom and I, even though we repeatedly asked him to move as it was no longer necessary for him to be there and it was making us uncomfortable, which we verbalized. Then, a manager came over to understand the situation and as my mom started to explain it, Heather yelled loudly and flailed her arms around saying “me?! What did I do?! Are you kidding me?!” as well as Ryan yelling “check the cameras lady and you’ll see I didn’t do anything!” It wasn’t until my mom and I physically removed ourselves after paying for our groceries that the laughing and berating from these employees, Ryan and Heather, stopped. Our produce was completely bruised and messed up. By the next day, our initially fresh strawberries were already moldy due to them being so badly bruised (pictures attached). Our grapes were mushy and apples too, so this was an all around disappointing situation. I have never been treated like this before/pushed to the point of having to leave a review, but this is unacceptable and neither one of these people should be employees at Costco. I would also like to add that this is not our first experience with Ryan specifically being rude and disrespectful toward costumers; we have experienced his attitude personally and have many friends who are also patrons of Costco that have as well. I truly hope Ryan and Heather will soon no longer work here.
OkcRealEstatePro 2 months ago5 stars 🛒🍕🔥 Costco on N Western is worth the membership every time! Massive selection, killer deals on everything from groceries to electronics, and that food court pizza & hot dogs are legendary 😂. Parking can get busy but the warehouse is well-organized and staff is friendly. Live 4 PM is usually a little busy—plan accordingly. My bulk-buy heaven!
Llp 7 months agoThis was so inconvenient. I don’t think I’ll ever come back and I think I’m gonna go ahead and just cancel my membership with the Costco. It just doesn’t make sense. not only is your self check out pretty inconvenient. There’s no gun to scan your items and it took forever for somebody to come help me and I don’t understand why you guys don’t have any cash register people every lane should be open at this point like y’all are busy enough where you should be able to afford more employees I don’t know, but that was super inconvenient
