We had such a quality experience going through Native Florals at Costco the weekend of our wedding. I DIY-ed my wedding flowers with some friends and it was a massive success! Costco provided wholesale greenery, roses, spray roses, and hydrangeas. We got some of our other specialty flowers from Import Flowers. They held up SO well (way better than I initially thought), as hydrangeas are historically tricky to maintain. We kept all the florals in low light, changed the buckets of water each day, and trimmed the stems the day before the wedding/arrangements. It was simply stunning, and for reference - we got the flowers Friday (they came in buckets of water, two buckets a box), and wedding was Sunday. While doing our own flowers was slightly stressful, it was also incredibly rewarding and I’m so glad we went through Costco because we legit saved thousands of dollars over Mother’s Day weekend. Also special shout out to Dillon who helped us - he’s the best; so personable and timely in his response!

I am disappointed with the way my items were packaged. They appeared to have been placed in the box without any protective measures such as bubble wrap to keep them secure. The juice case, in particular, was completely torn open, and the juices were simply at the bottom of the box without any protection. This would not have been a concern had I purchased these items directly from the store, but unfortunately, the store does not stock these specific juices, necessitating an online order.

I've been a member for over twenty years,always been a great experience. Until today,stopped for a great bite to eat and they have changed payment method. Without having a Costco credit card or pre- paid Costco card,you can't use credit or cash anymore. Looks like I won't be renewing my membership. I'm not going to let any store tell me how to pay for merchandise.

We visited Costco today and went to the customer service desk to troubleshoot an issue with my account. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of the employee who assisted us, named Ahmed. From the beginning, his tone was rude and unprofessional. Instead of calmly listening to our concern, he spoke in an aggressive and loud manner. At no point did he make an effort to de-escalate the situation or explain things respectfully. His communication style was confrontational and dismissive, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. What made this experience even more upsetting is that my wife was holding our baby during the interaction. Despite this, Ahmed continued to raise his voice and behave aggressively, showing no consideration for a family with an infant present. This felt very uncomfortable and inappropriate for a customer service environment, especially at a company known for its values and professionalism. We expect Costco employees to treat members with respect, patience, and basic courtesy. Sadly, this interaction fell far below those expectations. We hope management addresses this behavior seriously, as no customer—especially families—should be treated this way. Costco has always been known for excellent service, which is why this experience stood out in such a negative way. I hope steps are taken to ensure this does not happen to other members in the future.

I love Costco, but they be showing out. They need to get up with the times. You do the math. Sam's is beating them on every level of convenience. But let's face it. Costco is for the high end of society compared to Sams's that is for the everyday family. Argue with your mother on this one (lol).
