Andrea, a horrible human being! I was standing behind an old lady who had a truckload. While there were 3 people working on the next lane (a cashier, a loader, and Andrea), the cashier on my lane was all by herself. So I asked Andrea to help the old lady load up the items onto the conveyor belt. Andrea gave me the dirty looks and proceeds to pre-scan all the customers behind me and the customers in the next lane without offering to scan my cart! Andrea, I hope you're proud of what you did. Discrimination can be felt loud and clear, and I am starting to see it at this Costco.

I’ve been using the Costco Pharmacy for a couple of years, but over the past few months my experience has noticeably declined due to repeated interactions with an employee named Savannah. This is not a one-time issue her attitude has been consistently unwelcoming and dismissive. Most recently (April 28 around 10:37 AM), I came in to pick up a prescription and had an issue with the card reader while trying to use tap pay. Instead of offering assistance or troubleshooting, she seemed irritated and suggested I go out to my car to get the physical card even though I had my baby with me rather than trying a simple alternative. When I asked to try another card, she gave pushback as if helping was an inconvenience. I ended up using a second card, and the transaction went through perfectly, which made it seem like the issue may not have been on my end. Despite that, her attitude did not improve. When I politely asked if everything was okay or if there was an issue, she brushed it off, walked away, and whispered to a coworker instead of continuing to assist me professionally. At that point, the interaction felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. In a pharmacy setting where people may already be stressed or not feeling well basic courtesy and willingness to help should be a priority. I strongly recommend that management, including Jeriann, address this behavior. Consistent customer service issues like this should not be overlooked, and I hope steps are taken to ensure future customers are treated with respect.

Love Costco! Always great products and prices. Although I wish they'd start "Scan & Go" like Sam's so you wouldn't have to wait in the long lines. This particular location has a separate but attached liquor store which is very convenient.

This review is for optometry - prices are vastly better than competitors. And the people are super nice, especially Elsa who just did a fantastic job on a visit and two follow-ups one of which involved an order change … she saw me walk in and delayed her lunch break to take care of my unique issue. Super cool!
