This review is for the optical department in particular. Today I got my fourth pair of glasses with them. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Samantha, Patrick, Susannah and the entire team helped explain everything really well and did it all with a smile and a friendly attitude. I am so grateful for them as I just started using glasses and they made me feel really comfortable and confident about wearing them. Thank you y’all!

This Costco is amazing. Always fast always packed. Currently there is a 98" tv for around $1500.00. I purchased a plastic garage shelf identical to one I have for $39.00 I will go back for 2 more. Everything now seems to be on sale. I skipped the drink and hot dog deal but for $1.50 cmon cant beat it. Always clean Always a deal and a GAS STATION attached to the store!!! Ooo yaaaa....new water filter $33 w pare filter, cleaning in g supplies and food to host mothers day.....cant beat this place! Needless to say....these shelves are BEASTS

I really hate this place!! I’ve never encountered staff this rude at any other Costco. The optical department employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. I bought two pairs of glasses, and when I ordered them I specifically asked if they would come with their original cases, and they told me yes. But when I picked them up, the glasses came without them. When I asked about it, that’s when they started being very rude, saying they had other customers to help and even making fun of the situation. They even threatened me by saying that if I returned them, I would no longer be allowed to shop there! So apparently your only option is to accept the glasses however they decide to give them to you. I really hate this Costco. Never come to the optical department here.

One of my more favorite places to go when it comes to shopping. I've been to a few other locations, but find myself coming back to this one the most. People are friendly. Never any real long waits. Service is great. Sometimes some things can be more expensive, but for the most part you can find deals here.

Helpful staff. Clean and got some grass fed meat and other clean healthier food to eat. I love this Costco location at Coit Road and Highway 75! One of the best things about it is the gas station—it has 24 pumps, which helps keep the line moving even during busy hours. The warehouse itself is well-equipped and includes an optometry center where you can get eye exams, glasses, and prescriptions all in one stop. There’s a hotel nearby, and it's in a very convenient area with easy access from the highway. Right across the street is an apartment complex—lucky residents! It must be nice to be able to just walk over and shop. Parking has never been an issue for me here. Even on busy weekends, I’ve always been able to find a spot without any trouble. This is definitely one of my favorite Costco locations in the area.
