One of those places that feels more like a routine stop than just a store, but in Fort Worth it still manages to deliver that familiar Costco experience people rely on. The layout is straightforward, the bulk savings are consistent, and it’s one of those spots where you can go in for “a couple things” and still somehow end up leaving with a full cart. What stands out most is the rhythm of it everything is efficient, but it can get busy quickly, especially around weekends or after work hours. The food court and gas station also make it more than just a shopping stop, which is part of why people keep it in their regular rotation. A little advice go earlier in the day if you can. The difference in crowd level changes the entire experience, and you’ll move through aisles and checkout a lot more smoothly without feeling rushed or boxed in.

I came to the store two weeks ago and found a couch me and my fiancé liked. There was a deal on it that if we bought it before may 31st the price would be 1200. We came back with a trailer so we could haul it home on May 29 and guess what the couch is gone they took it off the floor because they brought in lovesac couch. The associate said we could buy it online for 1499 until may 31st. That’s not the same deal that was advertised in the store. Then they don’t ship to our house so we can’t order it online anyways. This place lied. That’s disappointing. If you promise a deal and advertise it you should have the decency to stick to your deal.

Awesome store. Best to come here early in the morning or on a Wednesday, way less crowds. Clean bathrooms. They are always updating their inventory. The food court is awesome. Its worth just having a membership just for the food court. They always have good deals here.

Complaint About Unprofessional Behavior at Costco Receiving Department On May 11, 2026, at approximately 6:35 a.m., I had a delivery of tree cargo at the Costco branch located at 5300 Overton Ridge Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76132. I arrived at the receiving area properly and stopped at Door No. 2 as instructed. I then entered the receiving department appropriately and met with Mr. Paul, who was operating the forklift. Unfortunately, he appeared to be in a very irritated and upset mood, and his behavior toward me was not professional or respectful at all. I honestly do not understand the reason for this treatment. He asked me to move from Door No. 2 to Door No. 4 without giving any explanation, and he continued speaking in an upset manner. I did not understand the reason for his behavior. With all due respect, I kindly ask your management to remind employees about the importance of professionalism, courtesy, and respectful communication when dealing with others. I also respectfully request that the store manager speak with the receiving employee, Paul, and advise him to treat people politely and professionally, because what happened was not professional at all and does not reflect the reputation of a large store such as Costco.
