I ordered a pizza at Costco at 9:30 this morning and waited for an hour; even by 10:30, they still hadn't given it to me. All the other customers had already picked up their orders. A Spanish-speaking woman working inside was deliberately refusing to hand it over. The service attitude was absolutely terrible. It was an act of racial discrimination—she simply wouldn't serve an Asian person. I will never go there again.

Love visiting this Costco when I’m on this side of town. Enjoyed seeing all the holiday decor out! It’s never too early to get ready for the holiday season. 🎅🏼🎄🎁

This Costco is nice! I personally like the Gessner Costco more, near Willowbrook. This one off i10 is pretty busy, and the layout is pretty okay. One thing that was a little annoying was that they didn’t have mustard or relish at the food court. Other than that, the restrooms were clean! And the rest of the warehouse is nice, just like the others.

Today I came in at around 6 to get my first Costco membership, I waited in line for a while but the manager apologized and I understood, I am a pretty calm and understanding person so no problem! But when we went to the food court, we waited 30 minutes for a box of pizza and a hot dog. If we had groceries it would be worse but me and my husband were patient but eventually I asked the guy working there how long for the order and he told me he called the number already way earlier, didn’t seem to care, no smile, no sorry. I work in fast food that’s why I am so understanding but me and my husband were standing there listening, because I know exactly how it’s like when you call a number and nobody comes. Our number wasn’t called and even if it was it was not called multiple times. Luckily the general manager helped out and stepped in, told us we can have a free pizza next time we come in which was nice. Maybe I just caught my first time at Costco on a bad day lol, I will be coming back maybe it will be better next time 👍

Not too busy, so I could take my time and see everything. This is a new location for me and closer to my house.
