I’ve visited quite a few Costcos across the country, and I can confidently say this location offers the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Even during peak rush hour, I had no trouble finding a parking spot, and the lot was well organized. Inside, the store was spotless, exceptionally well stocked, and there were plenty of helpful associates available throughout the main floor. I found everything I needed quickly, and as always, the prices were reasonable. It’s clear this team works hard to maintain a great shopping environment, and it makes a huge difference. What truly set this visit apart was how the employees went above and beyond when I needed help with a large purchase that turned out not to fit in my car. Several staff members—especially the gentleman helping with car loading—worked tirelessly and tried every possible way to make it work, but it simply wasn’t meant to be. Although I couldn’t bring the item home, the return process was quick, easy, and stress-free. The team refunded my money immediately and told me they’d gladly assist with loading if I returned with a larger vehicle. I’ve always found Costco’s service to be excellent, but this experience raised the bar even higher. If you’re looking for the best customer service at any Costco, this is the place!

Newer large Costco. Good luck finding parking on a weekend. Location is wonky to get in and out of. We live 10min away and it takes us 20min to find parking and get inside the store. Super busy on weekends. Best tim to go is mid morning during the week. If you go on a Sunday the meat department has been picked over as well as the produce section. Wish the location was better and getting in and out was easier.

Wonderful hearing aid center. Great service. Patient, knowledgeable, and able to service a wide range of hearing aid issues. Seriously good service included in price of product, no extra charge. Also, I have gone to the Costco in Denver for help and they looked me up on their system in about a minute and fixed them, no charge.🤗

I use Costco pharmacy and have been very pleased with their service. Re-ordering is a breeze and I really like the prepaid pick up of my orders. Also, you do not have to be a member to use the pharmacy. I also enjoy shopping while I pick up my order!

Love, love shopping at Costco. It is exciting to have one near us! This one has an odd layout. 12/16 I had a slice of pizza. Slices must have gotten smaller? Place was crazy busy today.
