Costco cares more about plants than People! People are forced to wait out in the hot Tucson sun instead of in the shade. I believe thos is to "encourage" people to "upgrade" to the executive program ... which I downgraded from because some sent my annual check to Jacqueline Bissett in Phoenix! After four years of being ripped-off, now "Gold" members get cooked in the Tucson sun for before opening!

I usually love Costco and this store. Most of the staff does great, however, the food court staff I’ve noticed is just extremely rude at this location. I’ve watched interactions with other customers and the interactions that I’ve had myself and it just doesn’t represent the way Costco normally is. The staff feels so empowered like they are above you and talk down to the customers. I have openly watched them talk bad about customers to each other in front of other customers, especially the girl with the arm tattoos.

So I wanted to make sure that I left a review for Daniel from the tire shop part of Costco... 5 stars definitely But if I could leave 100 stars I would!! I had a low tire and drove up to the free air machine and began to use it but for some reason instead of airing up my tire it sucked all of the rest of the air out of it and I was completely flat!!! :( Well, the doors for the tire shop where completely closed and they were cleaning up for the day and I started knocking on the door to try to get their attention bc I was desperate for help!! THANK GOD I got Daniel's attention and he stopped everything that he was in the middle of doing and came out to help me!!! He noticed that the air machines hose had a hole in it and that's why it began sucking air out of my tire instead of pushing it in, So he used the other machine to help pump my tire back up and was able to get me back on the road in like 5 minutes!!! Right before I left, I noticed him going straight back into the shop and coming right back out with a new air hose over his shoulder walking over to the machine to switch out the broken one and put the brand new one on so that nobody else would encounter the same problem I did!! Not only did he fix my problem but he made sure, to the best of his abilities, that nobody else would have to face the same issue I did with that broken hose! He did it all with a smile and with such a gracious & humble personality!! I even asked Daniel if I could hug him bc he literally was a lifesaver!! He kindly obliged!! Costco hit the jackpot when they hired Daniel!! Honestly, I go to this Costco multiple times a day, several times a week bc I work for Instacart and a lot of my orders bring me to This particular Costco, So I can say That pretty much 100% of their staff inside the store ((including the tire shop staff)) all act the same way as Daniel does!! Each and every one of the employees are so freaking nice and beyond helpful every single day!!! I absolutely love this Costco! .... ((Now, the Grant location on the other hand is a total different story-- It's like the opposite kind of people work at the grant location and I Wince & Cringe every time I have to shop at that location for work... That group of employees are not very kind but I will save that story for a different review area lol... I just wanted to bring it up to help describe the wild difference between the two stores, for context)) Okay I'm done rambling :)

Well it's Costco which means dealing all the crazy, mean patrons who feel they're more important than everyone else. But this Costco is well stocked, clean, their check-out staff are friendly, fast and efficient. The food counter is pretty quick as well. There's construction nearby, not Costco's fault, but still affects getting in and out of their parking and fuel facilities.

It's always busy, especially on the weekends. For as crazy a it is, it's always clean, and the employees are helpful. We love eating here, and got to try their new Caramel Churro Sundae. It was great, but make sure to mix it some or you get a ton of caramel and cinnamon sugar pieces at the bottom.
