Its Price Club, I mean Costco. If you need something in bulk that they carry its great. If your looking for variety for a specific type of item(say deodorant) then look elsewhere. Can't beat a hot dog and a soda for a buck fifty, and seeing the same employees for a decade says a lot to me.

The Store is very clean,the products are super,the service is excellent,the staff are so friendly and helpful and lastly ITS ONE STOP STORE. You buy anything you need. Prices are favorably fair. Am so happy that my wife and are May 2026 Members of Costco!!

This Costco is the worst I’ve ever shopped in. And I shop in California, New Mexico and Arizona a lot. This Costco has the rudest and least helpful employees I’ve ever seen. And I’m a patient person with knowing how busy they are all the time. I feel for them, but at the same time You can’t even get one of them to look at you to ask a question. My biggest thing right now is that they no longer have their coffee grinder. I bought the whole bean coffee, then wandered around the front looking for the coffee grinder. Finally got somebody to look at me and was told that they had gotten rid of it months ago. If you’re not gonna have a coffee grinder, you can at least have ground coffee that’s worth drinking. I’ve been a huge fan of Costco‘s for many many years, but the shine is starting to fade.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star… I decided not to renew my membership. Totally stunned by the elitism that I experienced. I have basic membership which is the white card I suppose. And they wouldn’t let me in during opening hours, the staff said only members with VIP or executives membership gets to go in first. I’ve always been a pleasant customer, and never difficult towards their staff yet this is the kind of custom they practice. They measure your worthiness of their service based on your membership type. Which is absolutely deplorable. As a person with proper education, respectable character and great moraI values, I cannot support an organization that has a culture like this. Discriminating on people because they don’t have an “expensive type of membership” is wild. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Visit date: November 23, 2025 Time: Approximately 3:18 PM I’m writing this review to document a specific experience at the Grant Drive Costco in Tucson, particularly at Membership Services. When I arrived at the membership counter, I stood there waiting to be helped. During that time, multiple staff members were present. One family was being assisted by two employees, and another employee was helping members who came in ahead of me. When it became my turn, the employee at the counter went directly back to working on his computer and did not acknowledge me at all. What made this especially uncomfortable was that other members who entered after me were asked, “Can I help you?” or “Are you here for returns?” Questions that were never directed to me. Even staff at the returns side were acknowledging others but did not acknowledge me in any way. After standing there for some time without any acknowledgment, a female staff member did step in and assist me. She was ultimately helpful, and I want to be fair in noting that. Shortly after, when I went back outside to the gas station, an attendant was present and helpful. Which makes me wonder if she may have called for assistance on my behalf. That said, being completely ignored at a service counter, especially while watching others be acknowledged and assisted, felt dehumanizing. This wasn’t about impatience or the warehouse being busy. It was about not being acknowledged at all. I’m sharing this feedback because basic acknowledgment (“We’ll be with you shortly”) is an important part of customer service, especially at a membership-based business. I hope corporate and management reviews how membership service interactions are handled so that no one else has this experience.
