Some.employees are nice others very rude, last time was treated not very nocely by one of the employees cash register.Also don't buy batteries here, if for some reason car gets transferred to your son or daughter they won't make warranty good. So warranties are worthless, warranty should follow battery. Battery had 2 years left didn't even last one year and they didn't want to exchange or give some credit towards a new one.

This is one of the older Costco locations in Fresno, located off West Shaw near Highway 99, but it’s still one of the better shopping experiences in the area. Like most Costcos, the parking lot is huge, but parking can still be a challenge during peak hours because of how busy the store gets. That said, once you’re inside, the selection and overall experience make it worth it. This location has everything you’d expect from a full Costco including a food court, gas station, tire/auto center, bakery, meat department, seafood, alcohol selection, and all the bulk wholesale items Costco is known for. The store footprint itself is very large, and the inventory selection is consistently good. The bakery, meat, poultry, and seafood sections are especially solid here, and they usually have a great alcohol selection as well. One of the best parts of shopping at Costco is still all the rotating food samples throughout the store, and this location always seems to do a good job with them. Customer service has consistently been excellent too. The employees are friendly, helpful, and efficient, even when the store is crowded. One newer thing they’ve started doing that I really like is improving the self-checkout process. Employees now come through the self-checkout lines with handheld scanners, scan your membership card, and scan everything in your cart ahead of time. By the time you reach the register, all you really have to do is pay, which speeds things up significantly. The food court can get busy depending on the time of day, but honestly, it’s hard to complain when you can still get the classic $1.50 hot dog and soda combo. Their pizza is also consistently good. Overall, this Costco continues to deliver a reliable and high-quality shopping experience. Great selection, good service, and everything you’d expect from Costco done well. Highly recommend.

Clean and friendly. Really packed! Lines are super long but move fairly quick. I dont think their has ever been a time i have went and it not be packed. The deals are worth it and the quality is good.

It's Costco. What can I say. They have everything here. Including lunch. The woman will spend a whole weekend here. Me I would rather come in several times a week for targeted items. And more opportunities for lunch.

Let me bring this to everyone’s attention. This location has some of the most rude, disrespectful, discriminatory, and overall low-quality employees I have ever experienced. I’ll give you two instances, although there have been multiple. They have repeatedly gone after individuals of foreign origin, making situations unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. My father, who is on my membership, went to this location to get groceries for our locally owned business. When it was our turn in line, I showed my card and the cashier began scanning the items. I told my father I would pull the car up to the front and handed him my credit card. While I was waiting outside, my father called me saying they were threatening to arrest him. I immediately left my car and ran back to see what was happening. It turns out it was over a mismatched tag—an error from the butcher—yet they were trying to label us as “stealing.” Never in my life have we ever stolen anything or had any issues like this until recently. The way this was handled was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Another instance involved a friend of mine who works for Instacart. She has physical limitations, so her husband was helping her lift heavier items while she worked. Staff approached them and told them they were not allowed to do that. They then went as far as contacting Instacart and placing a false claim that they were “destroying items.” Law-abiding people trying to make an honest living should not be treated this way or falsely reported. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Customers should not be targeted, falsely accused, or treated with hostility. Something needs to be done about this.
