Disappointed with Gia V. at member services. Had to return some apples that we bought the previous day. They were rotten on the inside. On January 8th, waited until 10 am to go in. Let her know about the apples. She said nothing. After a minute or two, she gave me a return receipt and gave me a dismissive "here". Now, the store just opened and I didn't expect for an employee to be rude to me that early but service at all Costcos has become bad. They get paid well for what they do but it seems to me like the feel that they are owed something. Retrain, have a maximum year of service limit, do something. We pay a yearly membership to be treated like this?

First time in the optical department at this Costco and it was not a good experience. Jesse seemed bothered to help me with a few questions I had. Once I told him that I wanted to go ahead and re order new lenses he refused to stating my son had to be present “for measurements” even after checking my previous order and seeing it was only a few months ago. I drove back today (45 minutes one way), after being helped by someone else I was told measurements were not necessary since I was only reordering lenses. It is frustrating to deal with this type of people, if you are hired to help customers please do your job equally with everyone. Needless to say it was not busy and I kept it as simple as could be. Jesse please keep in mind that you are not doing anybody a favor, that is your job please treat everybody nicely regardless.

How far Costco has fallen now segregating their executive members from the regular peasant members. We have been handing over our hard earned money as executive and now normal members for 20 years and they seem to find new ways to insult their members every year, what a shame!

My favorite shopping location. I still don't know why they move things around so much. The employees on the graveyard shift must be exhausted at the end of their shift. The employees on the day shift are always so very helpful that I always find what I need.

Store is organized and had good items. Check out was ok kinda slow but was fast once being helped. Purchasing fresh food was crazy! I didn't even bother lol so can't comment but it definitely was packed.
