Guillaume Bourcy a month agoCostco sometimes feels more like Cost-Co(rporate) than Costco — pun intended. Badge at the entrance, badge at checkout, receipt check at the exit… by the time you’re done shopping, it feels like you’ve spent the morning reporting to headquarters rather than buying paper towels and tomato sauce. That said, it’s still Costco. You either love it or hate it. I’m somewhere in the middle: I like it enough to make the monthly pilgrimage, but not enough to pretend it isn’t occasionally frustrating. The store can feel chaotic, finding help is often a challenge, and locating something as basic as tomato sauce can turn into an unintended scavenger hunt. Still, the value is there, the selection is huge, and somehow you always leave with things you never planned to buy. Pro tip: Come with a list, a full tank of patience, and enough determination to navigate a warehouse the size of a small nation. If you find everything on your first pass, consider buying a lottery ticket on the way home
LOUIE YAP 8 months agoCostco Wholesale is an outstanding shopping destination that consistently delivers great value, quality, and convenience. The store offers an incredible variety of products — from groceries and household essentials to electronics, clothing, and even travel services — all at competitive prices. The quality of their Kirkland Signature brand never disappoints, offering premium products at unbeatable value. The store is spacious, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to find everything you need. Staff members are always friendly, efficient, and willing to help, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. The free samples, bulk savings, and easy return policy make every visit even better. The food court is also a highlight, serving delicious and affordable options like their famous hot dog and pizza combo. Whether you’re stocking up for the family or just looking for smart deals, Costco Wholesale truly delivers on quality, service, and savings every single time.
Holly Dell a month agoSome of the best selections of items. Staff always seems different every month. Customers can be sweet or a mix of particular Costco vibes. Food Court isn't the best. Slow. Crowded. Busy. Not the freshest. Under staffed. Slow to restock condiments and address other issues. Sometimes snippy or just going through the motions. They need to treat their staff better and improve the customer service. Managers are usually kind when looking up items in the store for me. As with most locations, they stop carrying some of the best items (example: yesterday the delivery man said they stopped carrying the Organic Grass Fed Ground Beed a month ago). Harmless Harvest is sometimes out of stock here, but the Kirkland brand is a close enough substitute (not quite as good, but still an option usually). They shift items around frequently. Example: couldn't find roast beef deli meats for months now (think they stopped carrying it at least in the deli section), cat food is in the back isle now, kombuchas and juices are on the last fridge isle towards the back of the store rather than the wrap around cooler next to dairy. So it can be a bit frustrating to be quick and grab items and go when they aren't where they usually are, but that's most warehouses. Parking is often very crowded, park towards the back for faster navigation and less frustration (witnessed a woman berate a man yesterday because she was waiting for him to move a cart then proceeded to take a video of both of their vehicles...I think this might have been a location I've previously encountered a man try to squeeze a kart through our vehicles even though the parking spots are spacious and if he wasn't on the line or he could have gone around...so just be mindful of the crankies). Gas line is best post close (that 1 hr window after the store closes) or maybe early early morning. Best items to save on include: Electronics Health Foods (not necessarily produce, but speciality items like Chia Seeds, Cacao Powder, Baking Soda, Brownies, Zipfizz, Calm Magnesium drink mix, etc.) Garden Pots, Soil, maybe plants (like most nursery plants check if root bound and adjust as needed...see @StreetBouquets on social media for growing gardens). Etc. Restrooms inside the store in the front behind the registers in the far corner. Decent selections of glasses (but I'm picky). Currently entering camping and summer seasons so some furniture in stock (pricier furniture) and garden items starting to be phased out. Great location for roadshows and product demos.
Suzan Allbritton 4 months agoI love Costco! They take great care of their people. The prices are the best. Recently transferred all my prescriptions to the Costco Pharmacy and could not be happier with the service.
Ben 9 months agoThis place is a nightmare! It’s crowded and cramped, always packed with other shoppers even on weekdays when most people should be working! I come here because there are certain things I need that only they have, but I dread every visit. It’s miserable. The checkout lines are insane. Even the line for the self-checkout will wrap around multiple aisles. If you’re thinking at least the discounted gas is worth the trip, think again! The line for gas seems to always be 10+ cars long. You’d be better off paying a bit more to get back an hour of your life. Oh, and good luck finding parking!
