This employee David was extremely rude. I asked for the Costco order number so I could check if the item was available at another Costco location, but I was told they could not provide it. This is a limited-edition item, which makes it even more important. Not only did they refuse to help, but instead told me to go check other Costco locations myself. With gas prices being so high these days, is this really Costco’s policy? I have been a Costco Business member for over 10 years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I consistently pay my membership fees—should I really be receiving this level of service? At other Costco locations, I have always been treated with professionalism and kindness. Costco should seriously evaluate situations like this and improve employee training. Especially in today’s difficult economic climate, customers should not have to deal with rude and unhelpful service. Employees who lack basic customer service skills should be reassigned if necessary. Costco should also reconsider hiring practices. Customers deserve respectful, helpful service, and I sincerely hope Costco continues to hire employees who provide the high level of service we expect.

This is a busy location. I enjoy my shopping experience there and haven’t had any bad experiences yet. Go early hours or late hours (early morning or 1 hour before closing) if you want to avoid crowds!

Let me state the obvious: I LOVE COSTCO!!! LOVE the QUALITY items stocked by Costco. Even better when they are on SALE. A membership pays for itself after 3 trips, if you're a family of 4, especially with teenagers! We know they don't eat, they inhale and the stocked fridge is somehow empty AGAIN! Parking IS a pain, try to avoid weekends 🙃. Try and shop an hour after opening or the last hours of a weekday. The crowd does thin! Extra benefit: quality ⛽️ at a fabulous price! If you hate lines, go when the gas station first opens or 1/2 hour before closing. Some folks want to avoid noise and crowds. Strategy: make a list of "MUST HAVES" and stay laser focused on that list! You a are in/out without getting distracted! The prices are great! Bulk items? THIS IS THE PLACE!!

I love Costco!! So many products available of all kinds including fresh and frozen foods, produce, fruits, drinks, electronics, household goods and the list goes on and on! Sometimes we take for granted that we have a place like this available to shop anytime we want!

Good selection and great prices on bulk items. There is a gas station and food court. It does get pretty busy but so does every other location. lines move fast.
