Saw an item and returned a few days later to purchase, however all items were sold. Asked floor supervisors possible resupply date, they went out of their way to check on my requested item and let me know when a resupply would hit. The staff at Costco are absolutely the best !

I love this location. The staff are friendly and do their job! Very knowledgeable if I have questions. They also went above and beyond when I had membership issues, and worked their hardest to resolve them! I also appreciate their food court which seemingly has relatively new and updated dessert items frequently! I also appreciate that they moved their self check out closer to the exit - this feels way more convenient on all ends!

Costco Disappoints - I just found out the hard way(along with many other self checkout patrons) that Costco has lowered the self-checkout item limit without opening more regular checkout lanes, which created huge lines and unnecessary congestion. Furthermore, the employee turning people away from self-checkout seemed to enjoy denying customers, and then the cashier I ended up with was exceptionally rude. Being forced into that instead of the quick, easy self-checkout added insult to injury. This change was clearly not thought through. I hope they can fix this and restore the Costco we know and love!

Most of the staff are incredible! However the people at the customer service desk are rude and condescending! I understand that there job can be taxing to say the least. But they sighted up for the job! Just the audacity of walking up to an empty station at the customer service counter, cause the customer service rep to be extremely disrespectful and condescending to the point where I dropped my question and walked out of the store. Personally, when somebody I work with has a bad attitude, I do not let them interact with customers. I find this a failure of management not to notice an employee behaving such a manner!!
