The store: atrocious lines. Lines to get in the parking lot, lines to walk in the store, lines to scan your card, lines for samples, liiiiiiiiines to check out, lines in the food court, lines to GET OUT of the store. I feel like I’m entering into a post apocalyptic bubble every time I come here; everyone making a mad run on the supplies! The gas station: very good after the rebuild (before it was just lines!!!). Love the way it’s designed to show you open spaces and that the center lane is for getting in/out with people in front or behind you. Top notch. The customer service: once you wait in line forever it is top quality. I did once stop by the desk and ask if they were considering adding a scan and go feature in the app like Sam’s Club (because it allows you to skip the lines!), and was met with “no way, they lose so much money because of that”. Do they though? They seem to be doing pretty well. In regard to appliance delivery and installation customer service is great. They delivered a dented unit, offered a discount or replacement and we took the replacement which was done within a week. And we were able to use the dented unit until the new one arrived. Overall, the customer service is very good. Ultimately, 2 stars. If they improve the customer experience by lessening lines and making checkout and leaving easier then I would add a couple of stars.

We love Costco! So much fun to go up& down every isle. This is the only store we don't bring a list cause we can always find something we didn't know we needed...lol. The only downside is the parking lot, so crazy busy and people driving in every direction!

Costco continues to offer excellent value, especially on household essentials, bulk items, and fuel. The gas station alone often saves enough money to help justify the membership, with prices frequently around 10 cents per gallon lower than nearby stations. That said, I’ve noticed the quality and shelf life of some of the produce has been inconsistent lately. Fruit that used to last well sometimes seems to go bad more quickly than expected, which can be frustrating when purchasing in bulk. Even with that drawback, the overall value, customer service, product selection, and reliable staples keep me coming back. And let’s be honest, those famous Costco hot dogs don’t hurt either. Still a 5-star experience overall.

Great deals if you can deal with the crowds. Cheap eats at the indoor food court, but stay away if you don't like fattening foods. Most people that plan on buying just a few items, end up buying a whole cart load. So many wonderful products at great price points. DO NOT go if you are hungry.

Always a good place and even better if you can go in at the earlier 'executive membership' time. They've got a great selection of interesting things (both favorites and new things) and generally reasonable prices. They also always have good prices on gas.
