I love this Costco location! I just had my hearing checked, and the technician was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Once a female staff person helped me hunt for bleach for an extended period of time, and asked people on my behalf, and really stuck with the task instead of ditching me or pushing me off onto someone else....and then went to get a rolling cart for me when I wanted to buy a grill but didn't have a big cart with me. She really went above and beyond! Shelves are always well-stocked (but I think that's true of every Costco I've been to). I'd appreciate a more rolling selection of alcohol---I travel often and go to different Costcos and appreciate their variety. I'd also appreciate more local-type products and more ethnic products. For example, the Costco on Maui has a lot of Hawaiian food and the Costco in/near San Jose has a lot of Asian and Indian foods. Don't forget to fill your tank! Costco gas is as high quality as name-brand gas and generally very well-priced. I appreciate the big parking lot (after living in Southern California for 20 years and suffering through tiny Costco parking lots) and friendly service. I've had staff members offer to help me load my car and return my cart more times than I can count.

I love Costco and have been one of its biggest promoters to friends and family, which honestly makes this a painful review to write. This review is primarily directed at Costco IT, because the warehouse staff and store experience themselves deserve a solid 5/5. Over the past year, I’ve spent an estimated 3–4 total hours at the membership desk because my Executive membership simply would not work. At the entrance, my membership would show as invalid, and I’d be sent to the (usually very long) membership line. Each time, I had to explain the same issue from scratch. The membership attendants were consistently kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, but it became clear they didn’t have the tools to actually fix the problem at the counter. Each visit resulted in another ticket being submitted. After being stopped roughly seven times, my card finally started working and I was able to enter the store normally. During this time, the Costco app was also unusable for me, as it wouldn’t accept my credentials—so I couldn’t track anything digitally either. After several months of smooth shopping, I recently checked my Executive rewards and discovered that my membership had been downgraded to Gold. Assuming this was an error, I contacted customer service, who confirmed that I paid for an Executive membership but had been listed as Gold. The app shows no rewards, and now I’m concerned I won’t be reimbursed for spending that should have earned Executive cash back. As a longtime Costco fan who spends far more than I probably should there, this is extremely disappointing. I genuinely love Costco—but unless this issue is made right, I won’t continue as a customer.

We have been to at least 10 different Costco locations and when we walked in this door, we were impressed at how clean it felt. All Costco‘s are clean, but this one stands out. Also bought a caramel churro sundae. I wish I had the name of the lady who made it because she did it perfectly! I highly recommend these. $2.99

Castleton Costco is the worse! The store was stocked well and neat. However they have lots of young guys who pretend to help and walk away never to return because they are too lazy to help. I spoke to 5 different people and walked around purchasing several items I didn't come for, for an hour and a half before finally getting the item down from the cage. I've never seen this type of disregard for customers at other locations. I did not want an apology from the cashier who didn't cause this issue. It's not okay.

Costco is the best! We used to go to Sam’s Club. I did a spreadsheet about 10 years ago and Costco was more cost effective for the common products we buy. Once we started going consistently, I realized how much better Costco was all around. Costco brand Kirkland is top quality. They also treat their employees very well and you can tell they enjoy working for the company. You will not find a check out line that moves faster. We made over $400 last year using our Costco Citi card. That alone more than pays for the $120 membership. You just have to be diligent and pay the balance every month. (Credit cards are not for individuals who have trouble managing their spending) In conclusion, Costco is the absolute best wholesale store!!!!
