Had my first reservation the other day. Very disappointed with the quality of work. After getting new tires installed, I had balancing issues, a damaged valve stem caused by the hub cap being installed incorrectly and forced into place, several loose valve caps, and a missing valve cap. There was also a visible gap around one tire. Overall, the work felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. I expected much better quality control.

not sure if this is end of the year thing but when I got there for first time for rotation & balance, they were backed up 3 hours so I had to reschedule. 2nd time in, I I had to wait 2 hours. staff was nice and try to be accommodating but I don't see the whole point of having the appointments beforehand. they either are short-handed or overbooked. I'd rather go to other Costco's tire centers.

Great service a year ago when I bought 4 tires from this Costco and also recently when I had a slow leak, which turned out to be a bolt in tire. They told me I may need to leave the car overnight unless there was a cancellation. There was a cancellation and was surprised to learn car was ready less than an hour later. They are always swamped yet efficient and nice at the front desk even with people continually asking to be seen earlier.

Made an appointment to get a flat tire plugged. Showed up for our appointment on time only to be told they were so behind that the car wouldn’t be ready for almost 2 and a half hours. It was 14 degrees outside and there was no way my wife and I were just going to wander around Costco for 2.5 hours waiting for the car to be done. Worst part was the traffic we drove through to get in and out of that hellhole of a plaza made for a long trip for nothing. They said we couldn’t get another appointment for over 2 weeks out. You should call customers who have appointments and give them a warning next time instead of inconveniencing them to drive all the way to your location to be disappointed then immediately turn around and drive home. What a joke.

They mistakenly put the wrong tire on my car, which was frustrating. After realizing the error, We had to return twice for them to fix the issue. We expected a higher standard of care and precision, especially for something as crucial as tires. While their team was polite, I hope they can improve their processes to prevent similar mistakes in the future.
