I referred my friend, and during his sign-in process, the individual at the membership counter took my membership card. Months later, they are telling me that there are no referrals on my account. I've tried calling, but no one answers the phone. I went in person, and the young man at the membership counter seemed so inconvenienced by my presence, and he told me that I'd get a call from someone. That was a week ago, and I haven't received a call. I'm a fairly new member, and I'm about ready to ask for a refund for my membership. I thought Costco had good customer service?

It is frustrating that Costco stores in New Mexico do not appear to carry the same variety of healthier options that are available at Costco locations in other states. As an Executive Member, I would expect a more consistent shopping experience and product selection across locations. Stores in cities such as Denver, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and several locations on the East and West Coasts seem to offer a stronger variety of health-conscious products. I do not understand why similar options cannot be made available in New Mexico stores as well. Costco members here pay the same membership fees, including the Executive Membership fee, but the product selection does not always reflect the same level of quality or variety offered in other markets. I respectfully ask Costco leadership to review the product selection in New Mexico and consider expanding healthier food options to better align with what is available in other Costco locations nationwide.

A great store to go to! They have good sales and great snacks and food! They even have stuff for your pets (dog beds, food, treats, etc)

Great items. Employees always helpful. Eyeglass Center is the BEST. They take great care of your needs and make the best eyeglasses at reasonable prices.Better than those big eyeglass places.

This Costco has lost its customer svc skills. Seems there was a big employee change some time back. No more smiles or customers svc skills. Ready to move on to Sam's Club! Such a shame. Have been shopping there since it opened. Seems one needs armor to shop Costco Coors Bypass now. LOTS of negative immature customer service employees. Where are the skilled adult managers and employes?
