Poor customer service. This Costco’s has zero care for their customers. I have yet to be greeted at the door, just a vivid stare until your card is accepted. I tried to find a way from the restroom back to shopping, and the employee continued to block my path disregard my “excuse me” request. She then said to go through the first “members only” side, which was blocked by several carts filled with items to re-shelf I’m assuming. The members she was currently assisting was in a powered wheelchair, awkwardly positioned to where I could not pass, so this was the next “member only” side (behind her) that was clear enough to pass through. Finally another employee said you can come through after realizing the other previous areas were blocked, and her peer was causing unnecessary issues. You have to ask for boxes to consolidate your groceries (younger lady assisting the actual cashier) instead of being offered…then only gave me just 1 small box. My actual cashier was the sweetest older lady and actually caught me off-gaud from receiving such general kindness, and actually smiling for a change. $300 later, I was then being accused of not paying for my gigantic 30 roll count tissue until I pointed at it on the receipt. I may have been spoiled from other Costco’s but I’d rather drive the extra miles for a better customer experience. I opted to just get a few necessities and leave vs spending the normal $500-600 I usually spend while shopping at Costco. I’m not expecting Chick-fil-a type service…just general hospitality for your consumers.

I was absolutely horrified to find live worms crawling in these Double Date Organic Medjool Dates I just purchased. I’ve been a loyal Costco shopper for years and always trusted their quality, but this is unacceptable. Seeing larvae wiggling around in my food has completely shaken my confidence in buying produce here. Please check your packages carefully before buying or eating these

I went to Costco and I waited in line for a really long time. I was trying to buy things on two separate cards. One of the employees told me to start scanning items and when I stopped because I was done with the first order, he tells me to keep going. I do because I thought he knew what was happening. Then when I told them that they were separate they told me I should have had two carts. It has never worked this way. Then when I tried to cancel the charge but it didn’t work (which wasn’t on my bank because they weren’t the ones canceling it). Then this lovely employee Elizabeth offered to help us out. She was extremely helpful and the only good part of this whole trip. And I couldn’t pay for anything because we tried three times and it still wouldn’t work and it charged my card all three times. So we didn’t end up with anything and 0 dollars in my account. This was a horrible experience I have never talked to a manager until today.

My daughter gave me this beautiful fountain for my birthday. She paid $200 for it. Within 6 months in a fully covered/ protected space, the top part dropped into the bottom part because it was totally rusted out. That’s just plain ridiculous to make a fountain that will rust out from the inside because it has contact with water. You used to be able to count on Costco vetting their items to be good quality. No more.

Quick and easy? Great experiences all the time? How about super helpful and friendly. Have you ever been in a store and wondered, where is the manager when you actually need help? At MY Costco, that’s never the case. The managers aren’t hiding, missing, or too busy to be bothered like other stores. They’re out there working, helping, answering questions, and doing the job right alongside everyone else. Mando, KYLE, Mike, Frank and so many others work hard, stay involved, and somehow still take the time to be kind, patient, and genuinely helpful through all the daily chaos, including customers like me. Their team is amazing. Every single one of them, including Miss Stephanie, who always dresses to impress. What really stands out is that even with how busy they are and how much gets thrown at them, they still take the time to say hello, have a real conversation, and make you feel taken care of. THIS is the Costco for everyone. This IS your store to shop and order from. There are too many great people to name without making this way too long, but this store really does show what leadership and customer service should look like. #CostcoDoneRight
