Great service every time. The produce can be a little hit or miss, but I also only buy a few things from that section so your mileage may vary, and I imagine bulk produce is a challenge anyway. Would love if rotisserie were available in higher quantities or a little later in the day, but the quality is great. It seems like they're really trying to raise the bar on customer service. Parking is good even in peak hours, food court is fast, bathrooms are generally pretty clean. Decent boxes are usually available at this one.

Linda has the best customer service she has a beautiful smile. Her personality is amazing. She will be HELPFUL! Please recognize her! Mary was so kind at the door. She’s so sweet! Scott is so knowledgeable and amazing if I was not on a budget, I would have purchased every single thing that he showed me today. He taught me more about the computer that I purchased than I’ve ever known because I don’t know much about electronics, but the fact that he is so knowledgeable made me feel confident that what I purchased I would learn how to work immediately and it is the best option for my new business. Denise at self check out is a rock star didn’t receive this treatment at the New Berlin location happy i left there and came to the menomonee Falls location keep shining everyone and thank you Dylan for the good customer service!!!!see you soon Shout out to Joshua for excellent customer service!!!!!!

I love this one. Fast friendly and lots of great products at the best prices. Not to mention that if you spend at least $200 to $300 on the Black membership you pay for your next years membership and you might get a little check back.

BEWARE: RACIAL PROFILING TWICE in one month, I have been stopped by a lady employee here. She has short hair and I've seen her in cargo shorts. The first time happened when I had just scanned my membership card past the front entrance. I took my 2 sisters with me that day since they were visiting me in town. 5 steps into the store, the lady employee stopped my sister who was behind me and asked if they had memberships. At first, I thought she was selling the citi cards, and I told her we weren't interested. She reiterated her question and so I told her, they are my 2 guests. Then, She went on to explain only I could check out once we were done. I was already aware of the new costco regulations, so I told her thank you for the reminder and we walked away. Im shortening it for this review, but her spiel about the policy went on for minutes. Her tone was so degrading in this conversation. She looked at me as if I was lying to her and couldnt comprehend what she was saying. She also didnt stop anyone else who had 3 or more in their group. I have dealt with enough micro-aggresions that I felt this whole scenario was really off-putting. The second time was just today. I was with my husband and my 2 sisters again. My husband and I are both members. We approached the self-check out line and bc it was so crowded, I told my sisters to go wait at the food court for us. One of my sisters handed me MY debit card that I had her hold onto because earlier that day we were at a different store and I gave it to her to use. She gave it back to me and they left. She thought i was going to need it for payment. This SAME lady employee was working self check out today and she saw the interaction. She came and asked if she saw it correctly and told us we would not be able to use that card. Having recognized her, I looked directly into her eyes and told her that we weren't even planning to use it. My husband was actually paying with his card - which is why he was the one scanning all the items. The way she looked at me was so rude and she pointed to a sign that stated check out was exclusively for paid members. She said, anyone who doesn't follow that policy will be put on their "naughty list". Despite me saying I understand, she ended up standing NEXT to our cart the entire time my husband was checking out. She was not even an arms length away. And she would glance our direction every few seconds. Almost as if she waiting for us to violate policy. What kind of employee interrogates a customer to this level?? Being annoyed and feeling like our privacy was being invaded, my husband and I just quickly scanned and left. Costco, I understand the new rules you've set up for paid members. I understand your employees are expected to enforce these policies. But there's a way to do it that doesn't make your customers feel targeted and humiliated. For this one employee to stop me twice on two separate occasions has to surely be more than a coincidence. For her to speak to and treat me as a criminal is NOT acceptable at all. Who knows how many other people have been negatively affected by this one employee. In my entire 3 years of shopping at this location, I have only ever been met by kind employees. You'd expect costco employees to give a friendly reminder about policies and then leave a customer alone. Not stand by them, glance at them, and talk to customers condescendingly. This particular lady employee does NOT respect people at all. I don't know what her problem is, but the racial profiling and micro-aggressions were confirmed this 2nd time around.

Great selection including some organic. Prices better than a typical grocery store but higher than said store's sale prices. Make sure to check expiration dates before buying as a lot of produce expires within a few days. My biggest complaint would be the check out. I typically have a full cart and can't use the self checkout. I always feel rushed going to a cashier. I ask them to box my groceries so they're easier and faster to load into and out of the car. This is sometimes met with resistance. Sometimes I even ask them to put fridge and freezer foods in boxes separate from nonperishables so that they stay cold on my 30 min drive home and are also faster to put away once I get home. This was only done once. I sort the groceries as I put them on the conveyor belt so that this should be an easy task. I save the squishable items for the end so they don't get damaged. They staff seems more concerned about getting me through the line than actually helping me. Though often they grab me a second cart which is nice. But after leaving the checkout, I'm stuck with a cart or two full of loose groceries that take forever to load individually. There is no recombobulation area after the check out where I can reorganize the groceries because it's a busy food court with shoppers also leaving the check out lanes through there. Maybe because I have a full cart of food and kids that I'm the problem? I thought CostCo was a place for families to shop. For about a year, the ribs would always be spoilt by the time we got home :( The whole pizzas from the food court are amazing. Please find some organic or less processed hot dogs for purchase, please!
