Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went to Costco to get an air conditioner that was on sale. After searching store couldn’t locate one. Went to customer service to be told we could buy the floor display for the same amount as a new boxed one no discount. So we said we will buy it and they told us someone would come and take it down from the shelf for us after waiting 15 minutes we took it down ourselves went back to wait in customer service line to get remote, manual and box after another wait they came back and told us they don’t have it. But he was going to see what they could do for us. After another wait we were told we could buy it for the same price we could go online for the manual and they would take our name and look for the remote but they thought it was thrown away or we could try and contact the vendor and see if they had a remote. We then asked if any other stores had it in stock we were told the Grafton store did and they put it on hold. So after a hour we hurried off towards the Grafton store to get a call that they don’t have it. I just want to add that Sam’s Club has the exact same air conditioner not on sale for 30 dollars more. Costco do better!! All you did was ruin our day and to think we pay a membership for this kind of service🤔 .

This is a clean, well-stocked location with friendly staff and fast-moving checkout lines, even during busy times. Shelves are packed with staples and seasonal deals, and the layout is easy to navigate. Self-checkout is smooth for smaller trips. The parking lot can be a pain, especially on weekends — the entrance and exit get jammed up fast. Plan ahead and be patient, or go during off-peak hours. Top Tom Tip: Best time for samples is 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, especially on Saturdays. Skip lunch — Costco will take care of it.

I drove all the way out to Pewaukee for nothing!! My boss needed somethings as he's a card holder and told me they had a one day guess pass you could use like Sam's club does and what do you know?? THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! So basically you're telling me I'm suppose to get a membership without knowing if I would like the store and to see what they carry?? Well I can tell you I've been here before, the store sucks and I would choose SAM'S CLUB OVER THIS PLACE ANY DAY!!

Jim at costco tire center is a very professional, kind, and best person. He helped me when I was in a crunch with three kids and had a leaking car tire that I bought from costco. Thank you costco and thank you Jim.

Mike working at Gasoline station today is AMAZING! He’s very helpful and patient for every customer that needs his help. Please provide more warm support for this cold weather for him. He should get lots of acknowledgment for all he does.
