I’ve been a Costco Executive Member for almost 10 years and today was honestly one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. I was excited to start a family camping trip, and my first stop was to fill up propane. Unfortunately, that simple task took close to an hour and completely set the wrong tone for the trip. When I first walked up to the propane station, the attendant, Liam, didn’t acknowledge me and continued helping other customers. I wasn’t sure what the process was, and no one explained anything. I eventually set my tank down because I noticed other people doing that. Two more customers arrived after me, and the other employee, Aaron, helped and filled their tanks before mine, which was frustrating. While waiting, I also noticed Aaron eating candy between assisting customers and then handling tanks. It just didn’t feel very professional when working around customer equipment and fuel. The confusion continued. After I was finally handed a receipt, there were zero instructions on what to do next or where to go. I had to ask other customers how the process worked because staff didn’t explain anything. Customers shouldn’t have to rely on each other due to lack of communication. When I went to the tire center (where I believed I needed to go), there was no one there. It was unattended. I then walked to customer service, where they told me propane could be paid for at the tire center or regular cashiers. I explained that nobody was at the tire center. They could see I was visibly upset and let me pay at customer service instead. A supervisor spoke with me, I shared my frustration, and she said she would talk to the manager and call me back. I’m waiting for that follow-up. Even the actual filling process took a long time and there was no communication about what was happening or how long it would take. No guidance, no updates, nothing. I left feeling upset, and it was not a good start to our family camping trip. I felt unacknowledged and like just a number. Costco usually sets a high standard for customer service, but this experience did not reflect that at all. There needs to be clearer instructions for propane customers, especially for those new to the process. Customers shouldn’t be expected to just know what to do. Very disappointing experience overall.

This place has the WORST employees and expired food. An employee pushed a bunch of carts and intentionally cut off my mother from walking into the entrance. Mind you, she’s currently recovering from a surgery so she was already having trouble walking without him nearly hitting her and cutting her off. No apology and walked away after leaving it in front of her. They also always have moldy food here. When you tell a worker, they’ll roll their eyes and just go move it. Terrible customer service, moldy food.

You're able to get inside the front gates very smoothly and efficiently with no problems. My future spouse and I forgot our cards. The lady at customer service was very complimentary with her quick service she provided, and we were able to get in with no problems. The store was very clean and food was very tasteful with quick service. Also I appreciated the staff at the food court, that everyone of their staff members wore safety masks and all food handler required food handler safety FDA permits. Veey nice environment. Will recommend this location to other reviews and friends.

Prices and products are hard to beat. It's not Amazon-type selection, but the products must be vetted; the quality is always good. Btw... The Kirkland dog food is of outstanding and safe quality. We live in and travel in our motorhome. There is always a Costco wherever we go. We are in Canada right now. My Berner deserves really good food.

I’ve been going here for years and don’t recall I’ve ever had a negative experience. I always get my gas here, and always find good things in the coupon book. I also appreciate the kind and helpful people and the fact Costco lets people express their uniqueness with their dress/style .
