"I absolutely love shopping here! I find myself walking down every single aisle because there’s always something new and exciting to discover. It’s never a dull moment, and I always leave with a cart full of great finds. 🛒✨ The warehouse is consistently clean, neat, and organized. It’s the perfect place to stock up on essentials—and pick up a few 'surprises' along the way! If you’re a smart shopper, the savings really add up. Also, you can’t beat the food; that $5 rotisserie chicken is a legend for a reason (it easily covers 8 meals with a few sides!). Even with the Wednesday crowds, the gas lines moved fast. Definitely worth the membership!"

This location falls significantly short of the standards Costco is known for, and I cannot recommend it to fellow members seeking a reasonable shopping experience. The customer service here is a persistent concern. On multiple visits, staff appeared disengaged and unapproachable. Basic interactions such as asking for assistance or locating an item were met with visible reluctance. Employees were frequently occupied with personal conversations rather than attending to members on the floor. While individual employees may vary, the pattern was consistent enough to suggest a systemic issue rather than isolated incidents. More troubling is the apparent lack of leadership accountability. When concerns were escalated to shift leads and management, responses were dismissive and without any meaningful follow through. No solutions were offered, and no follow up was made. This suggests that the problem originates at the management level, where there is little visible investment in the customer experience or staff culture. Costco corporate maintains a strong reputation for member satisfaction, which makes this location a notable exception. A business of this scale relies on the goodwill and continued membership of its customers, and this warehouse does not appear to recognize that relationship. I would encourage other members to consider alternative locations, and I genuinely hope that regional leadership takes note of the recurring feedback this store receives. There is real room for improvement here, and the membership deserves better.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I’ve been coming to this location and never had a problem with anyone… today I went in to shop with a family member, my daughter stayed behind and tried to meet up with us, farid was being very rude with my 15 years old daughter said she couldn’t go in and saying I had to go get her, I had never gone thru such thing, even when she’s gone alone to simply pick up her prescribed glasses. He threatened her to call security and supervisor, She left called me crying saying she preferred to wait at the car!! This was very unprofessional by treating a child like trespasser when she was just trying to meet up with her mother! Does he treat customers like this when they are at the food court eating then simply wanting to go in to use the restroom?

This was always my go-to Costco but this is my first time dealing with customer service. I signed up for a membership today with the gifted member card I recieved so I could just buy something small for a birthday. Even with the gifted card, the customer service rep, Brenda, charged my debit card instead of using my gift card. I can't refund anything and now I'm out $65. And they say oh I forgot or oh you said debit, like yeah while I was distracted signing up. Customer service isn't bright here, I recommend going to a different Costco for customer service needs. Unbelievable.
