Best hidden Costco. Its really weird locstion means it has less traffic overall when compared to other Costcos. Gas, food court, check out, even sample all with little to no lines even in the afternoons. Prices are the same as it is a chain store, so let's talk about selection. I did not higher quality items, and better selection at the list location when compared to la mesa or santee. Service- people were business professionals and less casual friendly. I note the difference as at this location they are courteous with hellos and thanks your but not necessarily those casual friendly like experience where they are more like a friend who workd at Costco like you might get at santee. Perhaps they are more casual with their regulars but it felt more like people working at a bank very professional amd still great service but none of them seemed to interact with each other or customers as much unless someone needed something. If you like that sort of shopping experience its great no bothering with people just go in and do your business but if you like the place where you will hear a joke, and feel more like at a friend's house perhaps santee. Location- when you picture a warehouse store this is what you are imagining, not just a large building but an actual hangar warehouse. The place is huge. The best part is the entrance and exit. Most locations have an entrance and exit that feel like a hallway to get through with a few things elat the entrance but mostly just to get past and a long exit with business marketers trying to sell you windows or something. In this location the entrance is immediate the whole store is just more open. The exit is at the end of the register so almost no extra steps to leave. The layout is weird though with items seemingly just put out on the floor with no real floor plan. The food court- way more seating than other locations, the check out kiosks are actually shaded along with the pick up windows. Parking is plentiful, so much its almost a hike to get to the front. The gas station- here is the big drawback. 2 pumps per lanes it takes alot longer, and the lane loops the back side so it takes a while. Definitely even despite the differences this is a new favorite costco

I went to this Costco store on May 19, 2026, and in their warehouse showed Braun Series 9 Sport shavers with a displayed price of $149.99. However, when we brought the item to checkout, we were told the product was a different price because there were supposedly different models mixed together on the same shelf. The situation was very misleading to customers. Different products were placed together under the same display area, and the pricing signage was unclear. The employee then claimed there was another price tag on the other side of the shelf, but there was actually nothing there. What made the experience worse was the staff and manager’s bad attitude. Instead of helping resolve the issue professionally, the manager blamed us as customers and stated that we should have checked with staff ourselves. That is not the customer’s responsibility when the display and shelf organization are unclear. I understand pricing mistakes can happen, but customers should not be blamed for confusing displays created by the store. I hope Costco can review the pricing setup and provide additional staff training regarding professionalism and customer service.

I asked two employees if they sold charcoal and one continued to walk away with an attitude and the other named Irma said they don't have any then stormed off. After walking through every aisle I was able to find the charcoal. If they don't like their job they should quit. Lady at checkout was helpful but experience with previous employees is what warranted two stars

Parking here is usually pretty terrible. In addition, there are no clear walking paths that make it easy for patrons to get through the parking lot without blocking/slowing traffic even more. A redesign might be helpful. Otherwise, it is good costco selection and price, as usual.

This appears to be one of the oldest Costco locations, as it is situated in an isolated area, yet it still meets the company’s standards
