This is my first visit to this location, and I was eager to explore it, especially since it's the largest store in San Diego County. As I wandered through the aisles today, I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive variety of products available. The store's spacious layout made it easy to browse, and I found myself enjoying the experience immensely. The selection was truly impressive, making it a delightful shopping trip overall.

I had an outstanding experience at Costco thanks to one of your employees Javier at the AT&T kiosk. He went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to thoroughly understand my issue and explain everything in a clear and friendly way. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to ensure everything was fully resolved truly exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to receive this level of service, and I’m very grateful. He is a great asset to your team.

This was my first visit to this Costco after moving to the area, and it was extremely disappointing. It was also the most crowded Costco I have ever seen, even at 2 PM on a weekday, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I returned several food items purchased through Costco Same-Day Delivery and showed the receipt in my Costco app, but the returns desk said that was not sufficient and refunded me the lower warehouse price instead of what I actually paid. I was also made to feel guilty for returning perishable items, even though Costco’s policy is based on member satisfaction. The rest of the visit was frustrating as well. I spent over 90 minutes shopping, had a full cart of groceries, stepped away for a few seconds to grab one last item, and my cart disappeared. I searched for it and could not find it, so I left empty-handed. I have been a Costco member for decades, and this was by far the worst experience I have had at a Costco warehouse. Between the crowding, the lack of available employees to ask for help, and the way my return was handled, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. The returns desk at this warehouse needs better training on Same-Day Delivery returns and customer service.

I’m so disappointed that I was told to check in with my membership card before using the bathroom. I have a membership card but left it at home and was quickly running in with my 8 year old who desperately needed the bathroom. We were not allowed access. I am appalled that Costco has a policy that lacks compassion. Shout out to IKEA for having clean bathrooms available for emergencies.
