I had a very disappointing experience at Costco Time 12:30 PM date 6/6 2026. The employee at the entrance, Ashlli, was rude from the very beginning. The tone she used when speaking to me was disrespectful and unprofessional. While I was trying to find my membership, she yelled at me and told me to wait outside. What made the situation worse is that I observed her interacting very differently with other customers. She was friendly, smiling, and welcoming to others, but did not treat me the same way. This felt discriminatory and unacceptable. I expect better customer service from Costco. Experiences like this are not okay and make me reconsider my membership.

It’s not about the staff — they’re doing their job well, as always. Costco stores usually deserve their solid 4.5-star ratings, and I’ve visited dozens over the past decade. However, I’m giving this location just one star because of the super packed parking lot on a weekday and rushed driving in the busy parking lot. It feels unsafe, especially for elderly shoppers and families with kids.

This Costco for delivery is the worst. They have no trucks right now instead of unloading me they said just wait doors been empty for the last hour and 40 minutes but now I gotta wait. People that work at this Costco for receiving you people are lazy. I’ve never had this problem at any other Costco.

Check check check the dates on all items bfore purchase....i went costco to return milk cause date was 19th and purchased the 28th .it took forever .didnt use ebt to pay for milk but they saying that the only way to return is put bak on ebt card that i dont have.they want me to waste gas and go get card that wasn't used to purchase milk .had to talk to 4 different ppl and bout hr later they give me shop card not refund .by then store was closed couldnt shop so wasted gas for just return.i did get milk tho. the mgr melody was very rude .no one listened to wat i said from begin to end ..horrible experience.

Great experience. I forgot to get batteries out of basket in parking lot. Went back the next day to see if they had been turned in. No such luck, but the supervisor/manager at member services gave us another package of batteries for free. I have to say I was very pleased and actually astonished.
