If you make an appointment online, it is easier to get your service taken care of! They don’t always answer the phone because everyone is working to service the cars in the back! They investigate issues and fix things right away. Be prepared for a 1.5-2.5 hour wait, but remember that the services are free (such as tire rotation and balance!)

This location does not honor appointment times. I showed up at 9:50 for my 10 am tire appointment and they said it would take “1.5 hours” and they would call me. When asked how many other 10 am appointments, they said they had 3 walk ins ahead of me. At 12:10, over 2 hours later…..they still had not called saying my car was ready. We checked out with groceries and went to tire dept who said it would be ANOTHER 30 mins. We had to exchange some of our melting groceries (frozen stuff, fresh fish, etc). Super frustrating because why have appointment times if they can’t stick to them? Understandable when things run behind, but not because they let 3 walk ins take my appointment time. When I checked in clarified if my time would be honored, they said “yes, but the walk ins were here first so you’ll be after them”. Only giving 2 stars because I like Costco and the employees were nice…..but this place needs better management and policies for appointments and walk ins

Yeah you gonna save $100 to $200 on tires but you're wasting your time first if the tires are not available you have to order them and it will take over a week to come and they say they will contact you once the tires come but they not I order tires 9/6/25 and I never got a call for over 4 weeks and I tried to call them many times to check but no one answered so I had to show up to check on the tire order in person and of course the tired was already delivered but no one called So save your time Tires take over two week if you are lucky to come and you have to set an appointment to install them 🤦🏽‍♂️ And when times come to install and you drop off the car they're gonna take 3 hours to install them So good luck

Horrible service. Waited over an hour just to warranty a battery. I understand that there are appointment slots that need to be filled and serviced by their time slot, but when you have a customer standing here waiting for over an hour, at what point do you help that customer first. As I was waiting, another customer standing in the wrong line (appointment line) was even helped before I was even after being told she was in the wrong line. So should I have stood in the wrong line to avoid waiting an hour? They need to figure out a better system to assist customers that have been waiting for quite sometime.

Bought tires here and it was good. They installed it and did everything right. But, I came in recently to schedule a tire rotation and wheel alignment. I was helped and scheduled the week after. I come in for my appointment and the person confirms with me that it's service for tire rotation and balance. I tell him no, I scheduled for tire rotation and wheel alignment. Salesperson then tells me that they don't do wheel alignment. Something I should've been told before I scheduled the appointment. Highkey waste my time.
