This weighs very heavy in my heart, mainly because we have been members for years. From California, to Arizona, to Texas, and back to California. While shopping today, we decided to buy a pizza and paid for it at the cash register inside the store. Not having the kiosk I waited in line with the rest of the customer's, upon reaching the window the young man instructed me to go to the side window. I attempted to hand the receipt to the employee tending the window and without provocation the employee angerly told me to step aside, because she was assisting other customers. I step to the side and observed her behavior, another customer also received a similar reply. I requested to know her name, in a cocky reply "Alisha" was her response. That is a very harsh mannerism to address members, I asked for crushed peppers and plates. Again the response was aggressive, when I have time, I'm busy. After leaving the window, I went to the entrance and asked to speak with a supervisor, Lendy took time to hear me out and apologize for the incident. We spend good money at Costco and should not have to endure such behavior.

Can get really busy on weekends. Some of the staff members are cranky, but overall it’s a great place to get things in bulk for cheap. I can recommend it to people who are visiting too. You can use your membership to buy water and other essentials while you’re here in Honolulu.

Most likely the busiest Costco on the island. Very very busy Friday to Sunday so get ready to scrap for parking stalls during those days. If you have a few items you may be pre scanned for faster service however lines can be long both in store and at the hot food section at times. Great selection of bulk items at a fair price.

You have to get the hot dogs 🌭 and the best deal in town.

The restroom was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Gift selection was also very limited, mostly just Honolulu Cookies and macadamia nuts.
