I had a very terrible experience here at this location. As I came in thru the entrance- I stood there to wait for a basket when the cart guy named Joey turned around and started yelling at me. “Oh you want a cart too.. you need to speak up cause I can’t read your mind.!” I have been a member-executive business member since 2008 and I have never been more disgusted with this type of customer service from Costco. You know I don’t have to shop at this location-not at all! I will take my business elsewhere. It seems that South Denver has a chip on its shoulder! People down here are so rude! I’m going back to north Denver- Westminster area. At least they appreciate you there and offer much better customer service.

Whatever manager appointed Jay as the first person customers are greeted by needs his head checked and a refresher in customer service etiquette as well management competency. I was barked at the second my costco card flashed red, (I shop nearly weekly, those who have had a 2 and 3 year old daughters understand). I had mistakenly brought along my old card. I explained my mistake, looked over at and motioned to the customer service desk, I expanded further communicating that I would head right over and have it sorted, then return with a proper card promptly. I spent extra effort articulating due to the blank angry stare I was facing, the look of a man who was discharged from the services but never moved on personally. So as easily predicted, his response was a condescending directive to return my cart, exit the store, back outside in the 90 degree heat, and walk 5x the distance to the desk, so I could then again repeat the process in reverse and enter again. Not a problem right? Usually no, expect I am an above knee osseo integration amputee who has undergone 22 surgeries and was wearing shorts. I won't be back Srgt. Jay, and instead of arguing or asking for management, I went to target.

Absolutely love shopping here! The variety of products and the quality can't be beat, plus the samples make every visit even more fun. Always a great experience with friendly staff and fantastic deals!

This is a very nice clean store. There's plenty of parking outside. if you've never been to the business center it is different than a regular Costco. The business center caterers more to restaurants and businesses. They do have a lot more food items especially fresh meat items. But it is Costco so everything is in bulk just think restaurant size bulk. I find that the prices on meats, freezer items and fresh vegetables are even lower than a regular Costco. About the only negative is that it's even harder in here to find somebody to give you any help.

My first time at a Costco business center! It had some cool stuff I don’t usually see at our usual Costco, like Sprite Zero, sliced corn beef, and Lance crackers. We’re planning to visit more often.
