This Costco is awesome! Overall good selection. The lines move quickly and have ample parking. The staff is efficient and provide good customer service. My only wish is that they had more GF, and frozen veg offerings that didn't include peppers or broccoli.

I didn’t use people today so maybe my experience was not common. I had a wonderful time walking around and seeing the items here which do vary by location. I was able to buy a few items at self check out quickly. They had a great liquor selection right in the back of store including awesome champagne and very good prices. Food court was nice and clean and I enjoyed my chocolate ice cream. 25 cents for a bottle water in the machine. Good deals and all the staff smiled. No cherries today but heck it happens. There was a table top ms Pac-Man machine and I was able to play a game. I may have to buy one! So very cool I had a wonderful experience including ms Tammy who checked my receipt upon departure.

As with an big box store they are efficient with competent staff. Items were fully stocked. They could improve check out though. Due to thefts the self check out is scanned by an employee but it moved fast. The pumps at the gas station were the fastest we ever saw and lines were small.

Unfortunately costco employees are so rude and racist I was having a conversation with my mother about an employee that was being rude to us and I told her thats why sometimes I rather not come because of how rude and entitled some of the employees are here, and one of the employees yells at us well don't come and shop here. Unfortunately its not the first or the last time an employee does this to me or the person that im shopping with! I spend more than enough and pay my membership and the disrespect I always get at any costco that I go to is insane! At this point I feel like every time I walk into a costco store an employee is going to attempt to attack me for something so little instead of me feeling welcomed I feel like I have to keep my guard up at all time because I don't feel safe or comfortable!

This is review customer service employee standing by the checkout station. I stopped by to get some pasta salad (which sealed was broken) I went to the self checkout which I had used before in others Costco locations, I was scanning my membership card through app like I always do, the lady standing next to me, keep saying swipe up, swipe up, I didn’t understand because I always done it face down, then she said “watch” and with the scanner she has in her hand, she motions to scanned my phone by sliding up, it was a weird motion , she GRABBED my phone said “Geez!” And scanned it on the scanner that was up, and she mumble something and was upset. Why do they have employees standing by checkout with scanners if they aren’t going to help scan your card? Also, don’t grabbed someone’s phone , ask if they can help. I understand they are busy, but customer service is lacking on this location. I had worked on restaurants and I know how difficult is but you put a fake smile and use manners. I didn’t react to this rudeness like I would have done because I was on a hurry.
