My experience at the Costco Gas Station was disappointing enough, but what happened afterward was even more concerning. An employee approached me and spoke only in Spanish, apparently assuming that because of my appearance and skin color I did not speak English. Regardless of intent, being stereotyped based on how I look was offensive and unprofessional. Customers should be treated as individuals, not as assumptions. When I raised concerns about the incident, I expected accountability and a commitment to improving customer service. Instead, I was told by Assistant General Manager Jordy that corporate would be involved in having my review removed. If this review disappears, it will only reinforce my concern that addressing criticism is being treated as a higher priority than addressing the conduct that led to the complaint in the first place. Customer feedback should be an opportunity for improvement, not something to be erased when it is uncomfortable. Costco has built a reputation on customer service and respect. That reputation is not protected by removing criticism—it is protected by acknowledging mistakes, addressing concerns, and ensuring customers are treated fairly and without stereotypes. I am sharing this experience so others can make their own judgment and so Costco has the opportunity to demonstrate whether it values accountability as much as it values its public image.

One of the best place in the neighborhood of Aurora . They always have all the items so nicely organized and always have the prices correctly displayed . They have the tasting always so nicely organized in all isles . There sale items are the best and displayed so nicely organized. Staff is very friendly and always there to help and answer every question one have

No one knows where anything is. You never have the same thing twice except for the Kirkland brands. The last bag of Orange as I bought had three completely squishy ones at the bottom. Last chicken I got was red in the middle. I buy two or three things there and that's about it.

I’ve been yelled at twice at this Costco for ‘cutting the line,’ even though I hadn’t. Once, while heavily pregnant with twins, another shopper let me go ahead. I’ve spoken to managers, yet now I see others cutting in front of me — including yesterday and today — without any intervention. I feel singled out, and I’m simply asking for consistent respect and fairness in how I’m treated as a member. Management should start reading reviews!!!
