Costco Business Center is awesome. The deals are great and many prices are actually cheaper than the regular Costco. The store is very clean, organized, and easy to shop in. What I really like is that it’s not overcrowded like most Costco locations, so you can get in and out quickly without fighting huge lines. The aisles are wide and everything feels more relaxed. They also carry a lot of different bulk items and business-style products you won’t usually find at a normal Costco warehouse. Overall it’s a great place to shop if you want better prices, less chaos, and a clean store.

This Costco Associate cashiers they definitely need to retrained, I say this because not one time but twice the first over charge was last year it was a middle aged cashier lady she rushly hurried us, even I offered we can put our small items on the conveyor she literally ignored us and rushed scanning our items. Again yesterday over charged my items, meaning the cashier goes by the name Arturo yesterday Tuesday 6/9/26 approximately a lillttle after 0900am rushing us, I as looking around which lines was lesser customers and this man was clapping at us to say come on through, now I don’t mind that, I already the rushing already cause he rolled our shopping cart almost full, and start putting items on the conveyor I can tell he wasn’t paying attention I was with my son, so we let him scan and do his job, after we paid I saw my receipts 26 items but, my conscious was telling me he over scanned and over charged us. So, I told my son wait I need to recount our items yup, I saw the milk was scanned twice so we went over to the customer counter and asked there was a lady there she didn’t even know how to count. She keeps messing up her recount, so I asked for the supervisor, supervisor came she laughed it off like it was funny unprofessional and has no customer service sense in her. She said well we always back logged and recount and I wasn’t sure what she meant. I was trying to tell her this wasn’t the first time our shit got over charged by your cashiers and smart mouth said “ are you sure?” The audicity of her even if she was a supervisor, I asked where is the Caucasian supervisor”?He assisted us the last time same thing happen to us. I forgot his name he was professional. The supervisor that assisted us yesterday have zero professionalism in her. Anyway, moral of the story Customers you all need to do your part recount double check your items, even those people Costco associates checking your receipts at the door those people might missed it. But, you have to look out for yourselves in cases like this. Costco retrained your cashiers, associates whatever you called them, don’t play with our hard earned money, I don’t care if was just a $5 money is money. Make it make sense.

This establishment, over 10 years old, has now changed owners and all its technicians, adopting a completely new business model to meet the needs of all customers. Reasonable prices, elegant environment, and cleanliness are offered, aiming to provide a relaxing place for local guests and tourists visiting Las Vegas.

I wish the Costco supermarket would show more respect for its customers and keep its hours updated across all GPS platforms, because arriving at the store thinking it’s open according to the GPS, only to find out you can’t get in because it’s already closing, is disrespectful.
