Customer service last night for a return was the best I ever experienced at any Costco. This is not my usual Costco but I was coming from work. Michelle add customer service was so kind and prompt and fast. After a long they at work I really didn't want to have to stop into a large store. But your staff made my day. Even, the checkout staff was top notch.

There are 7 Costco locations in Las Vegas. This is my preferred location. It is closer for me. It is smaller than the other stores which translates to less busy, including the lines for gasoline. You lose a bit in variety due to reduced floor space, but that mostly effects specialty or seasonal products. The things we buy most often are always available.

We stopped here to pick up our new membership cards. I signed up online. You go to the membership desk to have your picture taken which is displayed on your new card print out. Armando at the membership desk was great, very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and attentive. He really made us feel welcomed and appreciated as new members. The interior was neat, clean and organized. There was an abundance of variety of merchandice. The prices were discounted were great. Other depts are Tires, Eye Exams, Eyeglasses, Pharmacy, gas station, cafe. We ordered their hot dog and drink for $1.50. It was delish. Parking is free with handicap access. You probably need to get there at 10am opening. The busiest day is coupon Wednesdays.

I absolutely love ahi poke but wasabi is not a flavor that anyone can enjoy. Why is it that all the poke sold has to have wasabi. Can you just sell poke in the true Hawaiian style? Simply sea salt, sesame oil would certainly appeal to a larger clientele.

I was visiting and my first time in US Costco! They sell alcohol!! WOW!! My favourite red wine, Meiomi, for $13!!! Also, I am impressed that the chicken thighs are already packaged separately. The deals on Spam and Corned Beef! They don’t carry the same products in Toronto.
