We stopped at the Costco Wholesale on our way back from an amazing day at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, and it turned out to be a great decision. We mainly needed gas before heading back into Las Vegas, and even though one of the fuel lanes was temporarily closed due to a delivery truck, the station handled the evening rush surprisingly well. There were still plenty of open lanes, and the flow kept moving smoothly. After fueling up, we went inside to grab a few vacation essentials. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The staff stood out—they were friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made the quick stop even more pleasant. Honestly, skipping this stop would have meant going out of our way to the Sam’s Club east of the airport, which would have added unnecessary time to our trip. Choosing this Costco saved us both time and hassle. Overall, a convenient, efficient, and positive experience.

A few of us enjoyed a meal at the food court, which always offers great value—you really can’t beat the prices. The half-eaten pizza in my photo says it all: consistently delicious. It was my first time trying their Cobb-like salad, and it was very filling with all the fixings—eggs, bacon, large chunks of chicken, tomatoes, and fresh lettuce in generous portions. Also, huge shout out to Frankie in membership for his outstanding customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Hello, I’m reaching out regarding an experience my family and I had at your newly opened store on April 26, 2026. We currently hold an active membership with Sam's Club, but we were genuinely interested in exploring Costco as an alternative. Our intention was simple — to walk through the store, see what you offer, and try some food before deciding whether to transition our membership. At the entrance, we explained this clearly. However, instead of being welcomed or guided on how we could explore your store as potential new members, we were turned away in a way that felt dismissive and uninviting. From a customer perspective, this felt like a missed opportunity. We were not casual visitors — we were serious, ready-to-convert prospects actively comparing warehouse retailers. A more welcoming approach or even a simple explanation of options (such as how to enter as a guest or try food services) could have easily influenced our decision. Customer experience at the first point of contact is critical. In our case, it left a negative impression and reduced our interest in switching memberships. I’m sharing this feedback because I believe Costco has a strong brand, and situations like this are easily correctable with the right training and approach at the entrance. I would appreciate clarity on your policy for non-members who are considering joining, and whether there are ways for potential customers to explore the store before committing. I had an absolutely great experience at this Costco and felt it was important to share. I went in for a return, and Lora took care of me with such professionalism, patience, and kindness. Not only did she make the return process smooth and easy, but she also went above and beyond by helping me with a separate transaction I had questions about. That situation led me to speak with her manager, Frank B, and together they made sure everything I needed was fully taken care of. The level of teamwork, communication, and genuine care they showed was truly impressive. This was exceptional, top-notch customer service from start to finish. Experiences like this are exactly why Costco stands out. Huge thank you to Lora and Frank B for going above and beyond—they really made my day.
