I would like to provide feedback regarding an interaction I had with an employee at Costco that I felt was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I was waiting in the area where cases of bottled water are normally stocked for customers. A forklift operator had just delivered a pallet of water, and another employee began cutting away the plastic wrapping that secures the pallet. Based on what I observed, I reasonably assumed he was preparing the water for customers to begin taking cases. Once he finished, instead of politely asking customers to step back, he abruptly turned around and, in a loud and rude tone, repeatedly told me to "back up" and said he would move the water farther up. There was no "please," no explanation, and no attempt to communicate respectfully. I completely understand and support safety procedures and would have gladly moved if asked in a courteous manner. My concern is not with being asked to step back, but with the way it was communicated. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are simply waiting in an area that appears to be open and ready for service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as a coaching opportunity. Costco is known for excellent customer service, and this interaction did not reflect the level of professionalism I have come to expect.

Costco is my go-to for bulk shopping. Great quality, fair prices, and a wide range of products—from fresh produce to electronics. I especially love their healthy keto selection—so many options that fit my lifestyle. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is always helpful. Membership is totally worth it.

Monday Aprils 23rd, 2026. I just got back from Costco right before they’re about to close. I ordered a cheese pizza. I should have checked my box before I left. Had I known they were going to give me a burnt pizza. Already they were rushing because it’s almost closing time and they had a line. I could tell they were frustrated and ready to go. Not happy at all that my pizza was overcooked. Even if you’re about to close in the next 30 minutes, you should still take care of your customers. Although the is a $10 pizza, I didn’t go into Costco to donate $10, I went to get a pizza annd groceries, not expecting to receive a burnt pizza. Smh. Sucks because this was our late dinner, I didn’t have time to cook since I had such a long day. Please make sure you don’t sale burnt pizza to your customers. If I give two points, it’s because the lady that gave me the pizza was very friendly. Other than that, I’m extremely disappointed.

This place was packed on a Tuesday noon. We went for a fire rotation and balance. There were folks everywhere. Tire Center was great. Balance and rotation on schedule. It was hard to find some things though because the stora layout was different than ours on Florida.
