I usually buy meat and seafood at Costco. At least here, there is a guarantee of quality and food safety. The Kirkland brand of Costco has good quality and reasonable prices.

Great store but checking out is a nightmare. They need more checkout hemp. The store is clean, deli and ready to be heated grid is fantastic. Stuffed peppers and Shepherds pie are our of this world. It's just not worth making them say home. I wish they had a slicer or their bread loafs were sliced. The workers are all very nice, they just need more. Instead of having guys try to sell you bathroom remodeling they should put them on check out. Tons of handicapped Please add more handicapped parking.

As a longtime loyal Costco customer, I’m honestly very disappointed with the quality of the spinach salad I purchased recently. Costco has always been one of my favorite places to shop because I trusted the freshness and standards. Unfortunately, there were spoiled yellow and slimy spinach leaves hidden underneath the top layer of the salad. From the outside, the package looked fresh, but once opened, the quality underneath was unacceptable for a ready-to-eat product. What’s even more surprising is that this store is located in a growing new development area where customers expect high standards and fresh food. Loyal customers spend good money because we trust the Costco brand. I hope management improves quality control and checks products more carefully before putting them on shelves. This was very disappointing and not the quality I normally expect from Costco.

You cannot go wrong at Costco. The variety, samples and overall value plus a generous return policy? That and a $1.50 hotdog. Yes, we're into Costco!

I had an incredibly uncomfortable and unnecessary experience at Costco during checkout. The cashier asked me a question that I genuinely didn’t hear. When she repeated it, she did so with a very condescending tone, and immediately after began muttering under her breath, calling me stupid. It was shocking, weird, and completely uncalled for. Things only got worse from there. I handed her what I thought was a gift card, but it turned out to be the receipt for the gift card. Instead of calmly voiding my items and asking me to pull to the side to figure out where the actual gift card was (and why it was never emailed to me), she aggressively told me that I HAD to pay for my items. The entire interaction was awkward and humiliating. Obviously, I wasn’t about to run out of Costco with a cart full of groceries. Eventually, another employee—who was actually kind and competent—stepped in and immediately figured out the issue. The whole situation could have been resolved easily and respectfully from the start. Instead, it turned into unnecessary emotional abuse. I’m sure this cashier is a miserable person who hates her life, but that is not my fault. The world is already cruel enough—why choose to add to that for absolutely no reason? I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her and just has to keep their mouth shut and roll their eyes when she’s not looking. On a positive note, the manager was very sweet, listened to my concerns, and handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, that doesn’t erase the fact that this was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced at Costco.
