Stopped by Costco Wholesale today and had another smooth experience. The store was busy but still felt organized, efficient, and well maintained, with employees throughout the warehouse keeping things moving steadily. One thing I continue to appreciate about this location is how easy it is to get in, shop, and move through the space without unnecessary friction. The atmosphere feels energetic but still manageable, which is not always easy in a high-volume warehouse environment. The fuel station was also moving very efficiently today despite the steady traffic. And as a bonus, there happened to be what could only be described as a “Scandinavian dream on four wheels” sitting near the front entrance calling my name the moment I arrived 😂 Overall, another enjoyable and productive visit.

We hadn’t been to Costco since moving to Berlin in 2021 because we switched to Sam’s Club due to convenience and location. However, yesterday we went with my sister, who has a Costco membership, to look around and possibly sign up for a membership again since Costco usually carries more gluten-free items than Sam’s Club. Unfortunately, our experience was horrible from start to finish. None of the employees we encountered were friendly. I understand the store was busy, but that is not an excuse for being rude and miserable toward customers. While shopping in the meat section, I couldn’t find any wipes or sanitizer nearby, which is definitely needed when handling meat packaging and getting blood on your hands. When I asked an employee if they had any sanitizer available, they simply looked at me, nodded, and walked away without helping. The checkout experience was even worse. The lines were extremely long, and the cashier was very rude and unfriendly. Overall, the experience was a huge disappointment. I’m honestly surprised because the team at Sam’s Club in Williamstown is always welcoming, helpful, and professional. They greet customers when you walk in and make you feel appreciated when you leave. I was seriously considering signing up for a Costco membership again, but after this experience, there is no way I will step foot back in that store.

This was.my first time ever.visiting a Costco (I drive a friend). I have had prior memberships at Sam's Club and BJ's. I found Costco to be far better stocked then the others with regard to merchandise and unusual merchandise options. I also loved the hot dogs. I ordered 2 not realizing how huge they were. If a store was closer to where I live, I would get a membership solely for the food court. My friend also had a membership issue and customer service was incredibly helpful and polite. The only negative was the checkout lines. These were somewhat long and difficult to get around while shopping near.the entrance areas.

First time visit. The store is huge. The floor plan isn't readily available. You could shop there for bulk items & individual items. Pricing is reasonable. The store itself is clean. Bathroom is handicap accessible. For the amount of traffic in the ladies Bathroom it is well kept. They have a huge parking lot. If you are going for produce, meats & desserts. You are in luck. Prices are great and the taste is priceless. Make sure you bring bags or boxes.

Love to buy stuff in Costco. Everything is of good quality and much better prices. This location has a gas station, tire center, pharmacy and optical center too. I must recommend the tire center! My husband had his car’s tires changed from Costco Tire Center quite some time ago. Then one day he got a flat tire and another with nails in. I drove the car to have the tires fixed but was told that they were not reparable. So they had to replace both tires. To my surprise, they were still within warranty and I had to pay not quite even 1/3 for the replacements!
