This Costco is awesome compared to the one in Delaware. Even on a Friday evening it's not crowded and plenty of parking. And everything is in stock and well arranged. The walkways and alleys are wide, so we can shop comfortably with the cart, without worrying about hitting anyone. And it has got a gas station too and that's also not crowded and no crazy lines. The shopping experience was good, wish this is closer to my home

The people who work here are just the best. Barbara is always smiling when I leave and has SUCH a welcoming attitude :) I also buy my contacts from this Costco every year and Dave from Optical helped me out and made sure I was getting my rebate to ensure I was getting the best price around. Genuinely great people with great attitudes!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service at Costco Warehouse #1114 in Concordville. I do not want to get into all the details, but after an unusual situation involving a gift I had purchased, Bernard, the warehouse manager, and his team stepped in and helped make things right. The communication, professionalism, and genuine care shown throughout the process were exceptional. It would have been easy to dismiss the situation, but instead the team took ownership and put the member first. My mother in law is going to be thrilled with her flamingo gift, and I am incredibly grateful for the effort that went into helping us. Experiences like this are why my family enjoys being Costco members. A sincere thank you to Bernard and the entire team for going above and beyond.

I walked into Costco genuinely happy to sign up for a standard membership. I knew exactly what I wanted. I buy two things there: plastic bins and microfiber towels. Simple. Then I met Gary, who somehow turned a basic membership signup into a test of human endurance. I said I wanted the standard membership. Gary heard that and apparently decided the word “no” was just an obstacle to talk over. For more than 15 minutes, he pushed the Executive Membership from every possible angle, recycling the same pitch with the confidence of someone who believes persistence is a substitute for listening. It was not helpful. It was not informative. It was not good customer service. It was a grown man refusing to process a complete sentence. The experience went from exciting to irritating to almost impressive in how thoroughly unpleasant he made it. Every time I declined, Gary found a new way to keep talking. Every time I tried to move the transaction along, he dragged it back into the same tired sales loop. By the end, I wasn’t thinking about Costco’s value. I was thinking about how one employee managed to make joining a warehouse club feel like being trapped in a basement with a PowerPoint presentation. Gary did not sell me on the Executive Membership. He sold me on the idea that Costco should retrain whoever taught him that ignoring customers is a sales strategy. Great microfiber towels. Miserable first impression.
