I went to Costco for an eye exam and glasses. The optometrist was very accommodating, I got a same day appointment. The exam was excellent, with a lot of attention to detail and time spent meeting all my needs. Dr McKernan was excellent! Full exam very thorough! Next, my optician, Kayla was soooo nice She was helpful and patient with me, Took her time helping me select 2 pairs of glasses, prices were the best of any place in stores or online, beat all competition Got prescription sunglasses and Hugo Boss frames with the best progressive lens made 2 pairs all in $400.... Pretty good deal Kayla took all the fitting measurements and all with patience and a smile 😊 Highly recommended.....

Great experience at the Costco in King of Prussia! The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a huge selection of products. The staff were friendly and helpful, and checkout was quick despite how busy it was. The food court was also great fast service and good value as always. Overall, this is one of the better Costco locations I’ve visited. Easy parking and a smooth shopping experience. Highly recommend!

Costco in King of Prussia is one of my favorite spots for bulk shopping and scoring great deals. The warehouse is spacious, well-organized, and packed with a huge variety of items—everything from fresh groceries and snacks to electronics, clothing, and seasonal finds. I especially love their bakery and rotisserie chicken section, which is always a hit with my family. The staff here are friendly, attentive, and keep things running smoothly, even when it gets busy on weekends. Checkout lines move quickly, and the overall shopping experience feels easy and convenient. I’ve picked up some amazing clothing bargains here, including men’s polos and shorts at prices you just don’t find elsewhere. Parking can get crowded during peak hours, but it’s manageable if you plan your visit. Whether you’re stocking up for the week or getting ready for a family gathering, this Costco has pretty much everything you could want under one roof.

Door greeter was very rude. Stopped me from entering while using my mom's membership card. Claimed she needed to be present for me to get in. This has never been a problem before, and ultimately wouldn't have been a problem then if their parking lot was in any way adequate to handle the traffic that flows through it. Entirely too small and too tight, it has left us in dozens of opportunities to get into accidents, and be run over, and there are never any available spaces. I found the door greeters attitude very unprofessional, and I frankly would not shop at this location again after this experience.
