I never thought I would see the day that any Costco was worse than a Florida Costco. When you’re worse than a Florida Costco, it ain’t good. This is the worst checkout mismanagement I have ever seen after 40 + years as a housewife. Disgraceful. AND…adding insult to insult, someone put my watermelon on top of my avocados. Now I have Avocado Smash 🙄 At least the birds will be happy & healthy. I will go out of my way to go to Cherry Hill from here on out. It’s a nicer store all around.

Reduced stars until they get rid the rude guy in the pharmacy. Otherwise customer service is good. Parking is tight and they get some pretty long lines, but they move them. Need more organic choices.

I love Costco for their selection of products and pricing! However, be prepared to walk a little way unless you are an Early Bird. Parking near the store can be difficult owing to the popularity of the store. Even the fast food in the front is good and very reasonable. It's worth the trip!

Unfortunately, last month my car was significantly damaged by a loose cart in the parking lot. At the time of the incident, all of the cart corrals were completely full. When I went inside to report what happened, the manager immediately got on the walkie-talkie and instructed employees to begin collecting carts from the lot, which made it clear that this had not been properly managed. Despite this, I was recently informed that the store will not be accepting liability for the damage. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering the manager apologized multiple times at the time of the incident and acknowledged the situation. It’s also important to note that this occurred only about 30 minutes after the store opened. Even more concerning, the manager shared that a similar incident had occurred the day before, where a flatbed cart caused significant damage to another customer’s vehicle. This indicates an ongoing issue rather than an isolated event. It’s disheartening to feel that customer safety is not being taken seriously, especially at a store that requires a paid membership. My family shops here several times a week, but due to this experience, we will be canceling our membership this weekend. This situation has left a very negative impression on us, as well as others we’ve shared it with.

It’s very nice and convenient that there are a lot of workers. You can ask at any time and any employee will answer you. If you ask to see something, they will not just answer you, they will take you to that place. Everyone is very polite. Meat is a little more expensive than in other wholesale stores. The fruits are perfect and cheaper than anywhere else. This store is worth having a membership. You won't save money, but you will get quality products.
