What can I say? High quality products, names you can trust, from full on trees to $1.50 hotdog dinner date, $5 rotisserie chicken, free samples, and cheap, top tier gas! Costoc can’t be beat. You also can’t leave without spending $150 😅

Terrible customer service experience. One of the worst I’ve had in retail, and I’ve experienced many. Waited a very long time to return items. Was immediately given an attitude by Heidi in returns. Purchased the items the day before and they refused to return them even though I had the receipt and the items were sealed. Nonsensical policy and a policy that it is not openly posted anywhere in the store. I can’t stand corporate stores who seem to change their policies at will and at “the discretion of the manager.” There is obviously no consistency from store to store, which is unsettling when you spend this much money somewhere. It doesn’t give you peace of mind about your purchases and hence, makes you spend less. Truly idiotic. I spoke to two managers, one of whom was named Corey. He gave no real explanation as to why they wouldn’t return the items and no real justification or concrete/written return policy. The experience left me feeling cheated out of my hard earned money. In addition, I wasted a lot of time driving here, waiting in line, etc, on a busy holiday weekend. I was a fan of Costco and don’t agree with what I’ve read and seen of people abusing their return policy. I feel this was a more than reasonable return, yet they wouldn’t budge. The epitome of corporate greed on display the day before Christmas. 👍🏻 My family and I spend thousands of dollars here per year, and they would not help me or offer a one time exception on these items, (around $115 total of a return). Petty management who obviously do not care about the satisfaction of their members. In this day and age, customer service like this is a one and done for me. There are plenty of places to shop. Costco has always been a hassle and a stressful experience anyway. I won’t be back to the store and am considering cancelling my membership as well as my mother’s and my mother in law’s. You’ve been warned- THIS STORE HAS A HAPHAZARD RETURN POLICY that can change at any time. Be careful what you buy and make sure you can actually use it before you buy it, especially when it comes to food. Stingy mgmt make leave you wasting your hard earned money.

I've only ever been to one other Costco in my life and this location was no different. The staff is excellent and seasoned for dealing with the hordes of customers that seem to never end. I honestly don't know how they get all the people out at night. I feel like they need a moat and draw bridge to keep the NPC's from storming the walls.

Costco consistently delivers an outstanding shopping experience. The prices are competitive (probably the best out there) the quality of the products is excellent, and the selection is unbeatable from fresh groceries to electronics and household essentials. The staff is always professional, friendly, and efficient, even during busy hours. Checkout is fast, returns are hassle free, and the membership is absolutely worth it for the value you get. Reliable, well organized, and customer focused Costco sets the standard every time.

The aisles aren't marked, it's a madhouse to get through with a cart, the people selling samples don't work there and can't help you find anything, all of the actual employees are in the very front or the very back. In addition, the customer service desk doesn't have a starting line for waiting, so any random person coming from the checkout can just walk up to a newly free customer service person and just cut in front of all the people who were waiting in line. I spent most of my time in there looking for items and yielding to rude people who don't know how or where to push a cart and just charge forward.
